Bad service, our appointment was at 2:15 pm but they asked us to wait outside then completely forgot and didn't apologize at all. Happened many times before, Do not take over booking then leave your patients waiting outside for ever like that !

This is partially a response to the negative review above which I was surprised to read. Our experience for the last 7+ years has been very positive: they (and more so Dr. Chang) listen attentively and answer questions at length! The front desk folks who are always crazy busy is a slightly different story, but even they take their work seriously. We've been very happy with the care our daughter gets from Dr. Chang and other doctors in this facility. If you child is sick, you can get appointment the same day including weekends.

He is not our pediatrician, but we have seen him for sick visits several times. He DOES NOT LISTEN, either to information or to questions. Left feeling very frustrated and got bad information after grilling him to get any information! (fyi, mix breastmilk or formula with (unflavored) pedialyte, NOT water, if your baby has a stomach bug and is getting dehydrated. We will sadly be leaving this convenient practice because we need competent doctors for sick visits.
