My husband and I both have been patients of Dr. Massicotte for many, many years! We have sent many patients in her direction and everyone is equally impressed. My rheumatologist wanted me to see a “specialist” until he learned that Dr. Massicotte had been a lauded fellow of his specialist. She has performed my husband’s bilateral cataract surgeries very successfully. We have immense confidence in her and would not consider going to anyone else. Not to mention that she is a very warm and sensitive human being!

Dr. Massicotte saw me to treat a corneal abrasion on an emergency basis, right before I was to go on vacation. She could have gone home, but she waited patiently for us- such a wonderful experience! I will never go anywhere else.

Really long wait times, don't show up on time as you should expect to be seen at least one hour after your scheduled appointment time. Also, billing practices are to be double checked, mistakes with billing insurance and myself. Too bad as the doctors are quite nice and I do like the quality of care, it's just getting in and the billing departments that rate a 1-2 star
