Our experience at University Orthopedics in Mansfield, MA was incredible! We were excited that they have a Doctor who sees pediatric patients. Our receptionist was friendly and got us checked in quickly. We were called in promptly at our appointment time. Our nurse was friendly and professional. We waited less than 5 minutes to be seen by a radiologist who was also friendly and professional. About 3 minutes after the x-ray Dr. Chen came in to see us. Dr. Chen was very friendly and professional. Dr. Chen's experience both in his practice and in patient interaction showed as he asked all of the important questions and took the time to answer ours. The facility was clean and the ventilation kept the air fresh. Overall, this was a great experience. If we ever need orthopedic care in the future we won't go anywhere else!

Brand new facility in Mansfield. Great staff. did a great job with my son explaining the injury and steps he'll have to take to rehab his knee.
