They charged me for the same service multiple times. I went to 2 consultations and 5 times to physical therapy. Each day in physiotherapy they charged 3 times. I paid on the local in person and still they sent other charges. I complained several times, they canceled and sent it again. My insurance isn't even covering it anymore. They beat me because of the fatigue, after 6 months sending me charges, I ended up paying so as not to spoil my credit.

Spent 2 weeks trying to get a disk with my x-ray results on it. Had to call on 4 separate occasions to get results and when i arrived to pick up the disk they had to burn a new one because no one could find it. Doctors made me wait nearly 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment each time i came and quickly rushed me through leaving the room in less than 10 minutes after making me wait. While they are competent doctors their management and service is terrible.

If you’re looking for knowledgeable and professional providers look no further. University Orthopedics and PT is the best! Although I am going in for an injury, the energy at this practice is uplifting! Everyone is friendly, and CARES. Thank you for taking care of me!

Dr was professional. PT was professional but billing is horrendous!! Can’t keep a simply log of payments!! Went through all processed payments and still trying to charge me again. There are better run PT offices. Go elsewhere.

University orthopedics is a great practice Dr Chen should not be a Dr there he cares only about money not his pt. Sent me back to work after 1 therapy session for a tibia fracture and torn pcl.
