I was there 3 hours and I made an appointment hours in advance. Staff was extremely polite and courteous, and explained things in a manner in which it was easily understood. This was 3rd time going there, 1st time I was in and out in 20 minutes, 2nd time was over 2 hours, so prepare to sit there forever.

Urgently needed care, but not an emergency. Do you know the song, "Beans In My Ears" by The Serendipity Singers? Not beans but a bit of a cotton ball used in conjunction with carbamide peroxide successfully softened the ear wax, but became an unwelcome lodger. With one person checking me in, one to hold the light, and another to use tweezers, I could hear again in stereo 😀 However, my car is much noisier 😉 Yes, I would recommend this provider!

Exceptional and outstanding care; truly excellent from the moment you walk in the door. The provider and tech are concerned and knowledgeable. Receptionist was so helpful and pleasant as she helped me with the paperwork.
