We made an appointment to be seen at 2pm. They were delayed but by 6 pm we still hadn’t even spoken with anyone and they told us it was still going to be another couple hrs. They had a Triage come in so that got pushed ahead. Isn’t that what the actual emergency room is for? Staff was nice but we have never had and help the few times we have come to this location. Very understaffed and for that they offer too many services that should be going to the hospital. By 6:30 pm we walked out. Sad that you make an appointment and still have to wait that long with no help.

Don’t waist your time. Walked in Saturday at 2 in the afternoon to be met with a room full of people, nobody at the desk and a sign that says they are on pause for taking new patients. Says make an appointment for the next day but there is no way to make the appointment. Just bull. Close down or fire everyone inside and bring in a new staff that wants to work and help the people.

Sketchy place, and you will wait a long time even if you have an appointment. Low on basic supplies when I was here (no overnight strep tests available), and the NP who’s usually on duty is pretty rude and condescending. I would try a different walk-in, but they’re probably all equally bad.

Worst care I have ever received. Dr Ekwere was rude, dismissive, spoke loudly about me in the office so that I could hear her in my room. She did not treat me while I was at the office, but did send a prescription for me without even telling me she was doing so. She did not want to hear about the history of my illness, and yelled at me to stop talking when I tried to tell her what my kids had been diagnosed with for the same illness as it was going to "cloud her judgement". Really unbelievable, she should have her medical license revoked. All I wanted was some antibiotics to treat the illness I have been suffering from for almost a month. Instead she gave me cough medicine I didn't ask for, and was not even told about.

Awful! Made an appointment that apparently means nothing. After waiting for an hour past my appointment time, there was still a 3 hour wait. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME! Go anywhere else!
