Very nice practice, responsive staff, friendly admin staff. Reminds me growing up when Doctors cared and gave the patient time. Rec'd test results quickly and the Dr. answered all my questions during my initial visit.

waited months for a new patient physical and it was my fault that I had the wrong date, but I never got a confirmation via phone or email. I called to reschedule and the receptionist asked me if I’m going to take care of the no show fee. I explained I wasn’t aware there was one, so she reassured me that I’ll never be able to schedule here again because of one mistake. I expressed how unfair that is, and she said “ok bye” and hung up. I work for a medical office too, and you can’t charge someone a no-show fee without consenting to the office policies. our practice also waives the first no show fee as well. maybe turn on alerts for appointments and you wouldn’t have to turn away patients who no-showed, especially one time

My Primary Care retired and I had to find a new one. I ended up at Dr. He’s Primary Care for Adults. So far, I have been to three appointments and I am very happy with my decision. They are timely, listen carefully and never rush through an appointment.

BEWARE: They will send you a bill and charge you for services that were supposed to be free. Misleading and unethical business... 2 examples of why this place is terrible: Had gotten preventative lab tests and confirmed with the doctor and front desk that everything would be covered. Showed them insurance policy and triple checked. Was assured it will be free. Got sent a bill for the tests anyways. A few weeks later, I received an unknown bill for $50 with an ambiguous description. Pick any other PCP and you won't have to worry about getting wrongfully billed for services that were supposed to be free.
