I can understand and appreciate that everyone is short staffed and overworked, but the reception here is so cold and uncaring. My wife has had a chronic cough for months and had to schedule another appointment with her doctor. The phone staff is surly and rude. The nurses and assistants have traditionally been short and not told us what we needed to know (like needing a COVID test before coming in and then being stern about it when they never told us that on the phone. Then they don’t have one in the office…). Saving grace is that the actual doctors seem good and friendly. But definitely look for other doctors and primary care providers first.

They have no sense of urgency when it comes to refilling prescriptions/ prior authorization. Which ends up with me withdrawals from meds ( which is dangerous). They don't care.

Dr. Anwar is truly the best doctor I’ve ever been to. She was professional and caring as she listened to my health concerns, then helped me create a treatment plan to get to the root cause of my issues. If you’re looking for a female doctor who will take you seriously and most importantly is kind and patient, look no further!

The nurse is awesome my doctor is great but that front desk I was calling on my way there for my appointment just to make sure that I had the right time apparently I was an hour early and no one called as I'm calling leaving messages they never call back or answer the phone

Front desk from doctors office says unnecessary reasons to help in submitting the Referral. Which ended up paying 600$ from my pocket. I simply hate the referral system.
