I feel bad leaving this review because Dr. Balakrishnan is genuinely one of the best doctors ive been to in my life. However the lab staffed within the same building is so atrociously incompetent with the rudest staff i have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. She didnt even attempt to pronounce my name correctly and just called for "whatever". Theyre not even able to refrigerate samples... what is the point of even having a draw station without proper sample storage? Hope that technician is fired so that the good medical staff working there dont get dragged down by just 1 awful employee and her incompetent lab.

The office staff are much friendlier now! Dr Nordfeldt is amazing. The bloodwork was fast and nearly painless. I used to be frustrated by the receptionists rudeness, since this is a great location. I love the convenience and the much improved quality!

They are awesome. I don't understand the bad reviews. The staff is nice and so are the doctors. And they all do their best to help you. The phlebotomist is great, she can hit my vein first try and some hospitals can't do that. Great place, great staff, great care.

I will give 5* to Dr.Balakrishnan, but the lab technician is really really rude to my 2year old when we went for blood work. She not even have any patience to take blood from 2year old as all kids will cry and scream, I will never ever go to her again for any tests.

Dr. Balakrishnan has been great and the lab center is okay. Phone lines are torturous with average hold times between 15-20min., you'll never be directly connected, so keep that in mind. Improvement can be made throughout with minimal effort to turn this office around. I'm being generous with 4 stars.

They had 1 good doctor, who is leaving the practice. Another is just bad. Another is good, but obviously way overworked and never follows up on anything.

I don’t understand these bad reviews, I’ve had a great experience. Yes they are currently understaffed, but so is everyone. Be a kind human being and be understanding that there is a dr shortage most places and a patient overload. Even with that, my dr responds promptly to my messages online and i trust her with my baby as well. Dr. Balakrishnan is wonderful!
