This is a good doctor but I am troubled by her receptionist. Her receptionist did not tell me till the day before that the new doctor taking her place would not be taking my insurance. We had already established that whomever the new doctor was going to be after she left her practice would be my doctor. I called in advance. Now their is a gap in care because I did not know till the day before and I am still waiting for my insurance to follow through and transfer me to a new doctor.

Dr. Joshi is most knowledgeable and very kind. She is patient in explaining what one’s test results might mean in regards to one’s current and future health. I always feel well looked after and confident that my health needs are being attended to. I would recommend Dr. Joshi to anyone who is looking for a new doctor!

I found Dr. Joshi to be very condescending and minimally attentive to my concerns. She lacks compassion, and essentially wrote me off when I came to her in severe pain. If you want a doctor who will treat you with respect and listen to you, I would strongly suggest not using Dr. Joshi.
