List of Julie Craig-Muller's Reviews
Julie is unfit to practice medicine. Her only concern is generating as many insurance billing events per hour. I wish I had looked up her dubious history in Minnesota before getting involved with her. She is the worst, most unprofessional "doctor" I have ever dealt with.
The reviews are true. She is an awful doctor. Rushes, rude and not very competent. I had a stroke , tia under her care.
"Dr" Craig Muller lacks even a single redeeming quality as a doctor. Her motivation is to have as much patient turnover as possible with no consideration for understanding the patient's medical concerns. And if you do some reading to understand a medical condition and question her flighty brainless behavior and conclusions she gets VERY rude. It is no exaggeration to say she is the most incompetent doctor I've ever been exposed to.
I am amazed this woman is actually a real doctor. She fills her rushed appointments with senseless babble, talking to her patients (victims) like they are children. If she is asked anything remotely complicated she gets very rude and testy. She is hands down the most incompetent indifferent "doctor" I have ever had any experience with. Haitian voodoo witch doctors have more credibility than Craig Muller.
One of my family members is a patient of hers. Recently we were on hold to speak to someone in the office for 50 minutes! After describing the condition of her patient, and calling specifically to avoid her patient being hospitalized again, we never received a return phone call from the office. I have advised her patient to find a new primary care physician. Difficulty getting through and lack of response isn't acceptable, even during a pandemic.
I called three times in one week for a medication issue. I received no response. While I realize that these are trying times, it would have taken 5” to look at me medical record, 5” to call me and 5” to call the pharmacy. This didn’t happen. I’m more than disgusted.
I seen her a few times as fill in when my pcp couldn’t see me she very nice and very smart she very helpful and direct with helpful and informative information I’m sorry that people had experiences with her because I had nothing but great experiences with her and that office even tho I had a miss understanding with one of nurse practitioners there it all settle now she a very good np too .the ENt she sent me to to check some thing with my ears was a amazing one of the best ENt specialist I seen I highly recommend her and that office
She is the most kind and compassionate Dr. that I have had. She spends time listening to me and addressing all my concerns. Can't say enough about her.
I moved to cape cod a year and one half ago. It takes time to get to know a Dr but I dispel any negative reviews about Dr Julie. She is an excellent diagnostician and has an impeccable background. She is only limited by the time these darn insurance companies permit, but I have to say I feel I am in excellent hands. Her staff is wonderful too ! I came from New York , had some of the best physicians in the world. I am grateful to have become a patient of Dr Julie.
She is compassionate and intelligent, but after I got home I realized she had done nothing but order a bunch of tests. I had the clear signs of pneumonia and told her so. I had responded 3 weeks earlier to a Z-pack, but then my health declined again. Three days after seeing her, the results of the CAT scan she ordered came back with an indication of pneumonia. But I had to wait several more days to see the NP and get prescribed antibiotics again. I've been around since long before CAT scans and unnecessary thyroid ultrasounds (because I said it hurts in my neck). Doctors didn't used to wait for a bunch of tests to begin treating you for something obvious. I've had these symptoms for 7 weeks now, and am not happy with how the practice has let me languish. I got better treatment 40 years ago.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
