Kristy Brown's Online Review Report Card

My family has been seeing doctor Brown for many years. She's has been nothing but professional! She wants to get to know her patients. She is kind, caring and empathetic. She thoroughly explains your health issue(s) and will suggest more holistic options, if appropriate, before putting you on medication. What we really like about her is that she will talk about health an wellness, which I have found other doctors don't do. She holds her patients to a higher standard. She has also been an amazing advocate for our adult son, who has Autism, and lives in a group home. If it weren't for her, I don't know what would have happened to him. She caught his health problems related to poor nutrition and lack of exercise and got him back on track. Thank you Dr. Brown for all that you do!!

I was very surprised to read the negative reviews of Dr. Brown posted here. I just had my first appointment with her and was thoroughly pleased. She asked me many questions, and then gave me plenty of time to ask my own of her. I'm totally comfortable going forward with her as my doctor

Unprofessional, disrespectful, nasty nasty person. Dr Kristy brown is by far one of the worst doctors I have seen. She is never available when she is once every two years she rushes through and ignores issues you are there about only to try and push pain killers or pills in general on people... If you have a choice AVOID THIS DR at all costs she is the worst and gives Mashpee health center a bad name.... There are some doctors who care and do their job just not this one

I had a doctors appiontmant for Dr. Kristy Brown and I waited "6 MONTHS" just to get an appiontmant with her. It was today 10am was my appiontment. Since I'm a new patient and not familiar with the place, I went to this Address 107 Commercial St in Mashpee. I booked Uber because I don't drive yet. The uber driver and me has the correct address, but then it piont us to the wrong building. So, what happend, I walked and locate where this Community Hospital of Cape Cod. Since I had the feeling that I may not be able to make it on time, I called CHC number and informed the receptionist or whoever answers it, that I'm lost and I could not find the Hospital building. She gave me the direction and she said that I still have time. Good thing theirs this one person At the Industrial St, helped me locate the Health Center. I arrived 10 minutes past my appiontment time. I talk to the women at the Family Health area and told her that I have an appiontment with "DR KRISTY BROWN" . However, she just told me, that I am 10minutes late and that she needs to RESCHEDULE the Appiontment. That makes me furious and because I don't want to make any scene, I just cried. I told that women at the front desk in that family health area, what I have gone through. I ask her, why she needs to reschedule it, since its just 10minutes that Im late. However she said that, I need to fill up forms and she needs to input my insurance and this and more. I told her I did sent my information already 6months ago. Since I dont want to argue anymore, I walked out and took my insurance card back. Its just very unbelievable how Doctors, and some people in that Health Center treats you. Doctors ask us to wait for months in order for us Patients to have an appiontment with them, but they cant wait fors just 10minutes?????. Is this how doctors here in the US treats people who are not americans??? Is this how worst, to have and get a doctors appiontment????? Lessons learned, avoid doing transaction with Dr Kristy Brown.......

Dr. Brown is the best doctor I have been to. She is very professional, kind, and she listens to me. She has helped me with my goals and has made excellent recommendations that I have followed. Dr. Brown explains issues in English without a lot of medical jargon. I feel better under her care and recommend her highly.

She is a very down to earth and no games type of physician. She is all about the patient and what is best for them.
