Jennifer Kiem, NP..I had to have wax removed from my ear and was very happy I choose Mashpee Primary care and was assigned to Jennifer. I have had this done two times and was very reluctant to have this procedure. Jennifer was amazing, she was able to irrigate my ear without any discomfort, or injury to my ear. I was amazed at the results.. Now I can hear and have no ear ache. She is the only person I will go to for Ear Wax Buildup. Thank you for your patience and expertise.

I called Mashpee Prinary Care on Wednesday after learning that I had been exposed to Covid and had mild symptoms. (The exposure was not from having or attending a party or gathering). No call back. Called again Thursday. No call back. Luckily I was able to schedule testing at a CVS. And this was not the first time they had not called back . I will be looking for a PCP that cares about their patients.

I find everyone at the office to be extremely professional and kind. Dr. Julia is very compassionate, listens and never rushes my appointment. Arbab is a pleasure, and the woman at the check in deserves a gold medal for her customer service skills.

Dr. Julie Craig Muller felt like going home for 5 today, and refused to take skin sample for biopsy. Her words were “I really dont want to” and refused to explain herself when I told her I was confused. Disrespectful.
