I recently switched to BID Family Medical in Medfield for convenience because the practice is literally down the street from my house. I love this practice. I love Dr. Fleischmann. I feel cared for when I'm not well or have a question(s). The nurse calls back and goes through all the questions to make sure it's not an urgent matter. The nurse calls me right away to follow-up after a surgery. When my husband had a surgery at Mount Aurburn, he didn't receive any follow-up calls. It really shows that this practice and the entire staff genuinely care about their patients. Thank you so much for your caring and the superior services you provide. I deeply appreciate everyone (Leah, Chelsea, Dr. Fleischmann and few other staff that I talk to but can't seem to remember their names. Very sorry). With gratitude and appreciation, Lan

Dr. Vu is a great doctor. I travel from Rhode Island just to see her. She helped diagnose a rather uncommon condition that other doctors just ignored the symptoms. She is very knowledgable and has great bedside manner.

The staff is friendly, I love my PCM and when I need to be seen on short notice they get me in usually the day I call (may be with a different doc but that's okay). 5 stars on cleanliness. Work well with my insurer and getting referrals done quickly.
