Excellent visit. Dr Vu was very pleasant, professional and thorough. I appreciate the time she spent explaining my issue. Delighted to meet her and know she’s part of this practice.

Dr. Vu is a friendly and concerned doctor. She listens and after diagnosing the issues she explains it clearly. When necessary she will send me for further tests. She will always take a couple of minutes to ask about family. As I have moved I will miss her smile.

I have always had a great experience with Dr.Vu and her associates. They have made me feel comfortable, well attended to and taken care of. Not only that, but they are personably and incredibly friendly!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Vu. She's wonderful, compassionate and thorough. I suspect some of the negative reviews here are for another doctor with the same name who's based in California. Please don't let them deter you.

Horrible experience. GO ELSEWHERE. I went to Dr. Hannah Vu on several occasions - mainly because I'm a freckly girl. Well, I finally let her talk me into removing a freckle above my lip, which I always thought was really cute, but she kept saying otherwise. She assured me there would be NO SCAR WHATSOEVER and it would FADE COMPLETELY. Ummm...not so much. I told her that it really burned that time in the area she used the laser, and sure enough, I was left with a laser burn mark. The whole area is also red and raised and unsightly, and it's been nearly a year. When I went back four months after the treatment, she was incredibly rude. I was surprised because she'd always been nice in the past, but as everyone else on yelp says, once you question her ways or say you're unhappy with a procedure, she changes. She literally just stared in the mirror and posed for a while and told me to use scar creams. I reminded her about all her many scar-free promises, and she said that since it's the lip region it's likely to scar. Um, WHAT??? So what was her expert medical advice? "Let people look at you from three feet away." THREE FEET AWAY. Are you kidding me???? Then she shoves a needle into my face and injects me with a steroid. It was super painful and overall an awful experience. When I later phoned her receptionist repeatedly, she gave me her cell number to text me photos (since the area had gotten worse). So I sent pictures and said all I was asking was for my money back, and possibly to cover the cost of a corrective procedure to get it fixed elsewhere. The receptionist told me to come back in. I kept saying I wasn't comfortable returning yet again to SHOW her the same thing and receive that hostility. She ignored all my messages after that. They've since disputed my Care credit claim, and have remained silent. I mean, if you go to get your hair cut somewhere, and the hair dresser really messes up and you hate it, do you still have to pay the money you're charged? No. But I'm still paying off the four hundred dollars for this and will likely have to spend five hundred or more to get it corrected. As I told the receptionist, "Of course I'm upset. This is MY FACE." I wish I'd read the reviews. So manipulative and disappointing.

I have been going to Dr. Vu for seven years. I have had numerous health issues in that time and she has always been kind, caring and helpful with her diagnoses and/or referrals to specialists. She has called to check on me at home; I could hear her toddlers chatting in the background. When I'm doing well, she celebrates with me. When I'm not doing well she is helpful and encouraging. She listens to what I have to say and takes it into consideration when deciding which path to choose - something not all doctors do. Her staff is incredible. They bend over backward to see that I have been taken care of. Occasionally you may have a short wait to see Dr. Vu but that is only because she doesn't rush people out the door. I don't know what doctor the two negative raters previous to mine were seeing but it wasn't Hannah Vu in Medfield, MA. She isn't a plastic surgeon, doesn't practice in CA and is such a soft spoken, kind woman, I can't fathom an instance where she would talk over someone.

Lousy doctor! Doesn't care about patients. Too busy rushing thru appt. Talks over patient, doesn't want to hear concerns,LOUSY DOCTOR

Dr. Vu is not board certified! Her background is in nose and throat specialty not in plastic surgery. I don't know why people don't report her to the state of California medical board for their troubles. Her lack of consideration for the safety & satisfaction of her patients is not acceptable.

Dr. Vu is a wonderful doctor. She spends a great deal of time with patients, and yet rarely seems to run late. She appears to personally remember all the details of your health history and treats you like a friend. However, she does look about 15 years old! I would recommend her to anyone. Going to this office is worth the long drive, as this practice has moved twice in the 20 years I've gone here.
