I've been going to Dr. Garelick for at least 20 years. Recently I've decided to change Drs. She has become very cold, judgmental, non-compassionate and holds prescriptions hostage unless you make an appointment for a 15 minute conversation. I was literally crying my eyes out with anxiety during my last visit with her. She didn't even offer me a tissue or console me whatsoever. She stated that since the anxiety does not keep me up at night that I don't need medication for this. Very disappointing and do not recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Garlicky for 20 years. She is beyond amazing. I moved two hours away 11 years ago, and still make the drive to see her. She is an amazing Doctor. Dr. Garelick spends whatever time is needed to help you each and every time. This in turn sometimes lengthens wait time. But worth every second waiting! The nurses are also amazing.

Dr. Garelick is a very caring and thorough doctor. She spends a lot of time with me on each visit - I never feel rushed. The flip side of that is that the wait in her office is often longer than I would wish. However I will trade a long wait time for a patient, caring doctor every time.

I have used Dr. Garelick and the other doctors at this practice for 15 years and have had great results. The office staff is friendly, the doctors saw me in emergencies and everyone they referred me to was top notch. I even had my children switch to this practice once they outgre their pediatricians

Don't bother seeing this physician if you're actually ill, injured or, perhaps, insured through MassHealth. Brown apparently does not prepare its medical students to offer effective short term pain management therapies, or communicate effectively with young adult patients. Attitude was flippant, dismissive, and borderline insulting. A very telling experience that resulted in a great deal of stress and no relief whatsoever. Our family will not use this doctor or anyone at this practice again.

Dr Garelick might be forced to be a doctor because I don't think she enjoys it. For physicals she has a standard set of questions that are so impersonal but are very intimate. No I don't take drugs or sleep around - couldn't you find a better question? For office visits she checks the box sends you off without listening to your problem. Then when you call the office she never call you back, except to hound you to schedule your colonoscopy that they'll call you back on. She's not bad just not good.
