Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at All Eye Care Doctors. Long story short - I've been in desperate need of a new prescription as I had a medical procedure in July and one of the medications affected my vision. So you could say I needed this to be resolved with URGENCY! I went in for a appointment at the beginning of August and was given contact lenses to try out. They were not the same lenses I've been using for the past 10 years because the doctor said "She didn't like them" I was happy to try the new ones out but they didn't work for my eyes. I call and let them know, they have me pick up different contacts, those didn't work as well. After trying over 5 different lenses they finally agree to let me "try" my old lenses again. And they did work in terms of the irritation (shocker) but the eye correction was way off and I couldn't see correctly when I wore them. HERE IS WHERE IT GETS MESSED UP.. We book on appointment for me to see the doctor on a Monday at 4PM. I get there and the front desk tells me they called me on FRIDAY asking me to call them back (I never received a VM) that the doctor wasn't there so my appointment was cancelled. (I had to leave work early so they could tell me I wasn't going to be seen). ( IF they actually called me and I didn't call back, why wouldn't they call me on Saturday or Monday morning??) extremely rude and inconsiderate of my time. SO we booked a consultation over the phone for the following day... THE DOCTOR NEVER CALLED.. at this point I was annoyed and upset with the treatment BUT still, I called them AGAIN and told them I never received a call from the doctor.. She books me for another virtual consultation and you've guessed it.. NEVER heard from the doctor, or from front desk or from anyone. I used to refer family and friends to this office but will never again. Its been almost 3 months and I still don't have the correct prescription. I will be calling the insurance company and filing a complaint as well.. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Great experience from start to finish. First time getting glasses and they made the process super easy and informative. Would suggest to anyone looking for eye care.

Stunning interior, excellent selection of eyeglasses. I felt so welcomed and comfortable here. The staff is very knowledgeable and was able to provide my entire family with glasses at a reasonable price. I recommend this place to everyone.

I’m very satisfied with the doctor, staff of “All eye care” Finding right eye doctor can be challenging. Especially if your prescription keeps changing. I’ve been having issues seeing near and far distance. Dr. Idrizovic took her time and gave me a bunch of contact lenses to try it. I wanted to read signs far distance while I drive but I also wanted contacts that I could read and scroll my phone with no problems. During my second appt, I told the doctor the contact brand and prescription I liked. Dr. Idrizovic took her time to explain my eye prescription plan and gave me some free samples until my order arrives home. In addition, I bought some fancy glasses, that staff helped me to find the right glasses that can go with the shape of my face and my complexion. “All Eye care” doctors and staff are amazing

Had a great experience with All Eye Care Doctors and love my new glasses. The employees were friendly and very helpful.
