Tanya was great when cleaning my teeth, very thorough. But it seems everything here is expensive. Toothpaste is double the price Amazon listed. Is that normal?

Love this dentist, plenty of parking, great staff. I get regular cleanings and I did Motto aligners. The motto results were fast and convenient with the app scanning. Hanna was very helpful and so nice at my final aligners appt but honestly all the staff are really great!

The only reason I stay at this dental office is because of the hygienist, Inez. I also find the front desk staff wonderful. However, Dr. Chikersal has been pushing me for aligners in my last two cleanings even though I have had braces twice wear my retainer every night with completely straight teeth. There is only one tiny spot that she says is "overcrowding" and says that aligners will held with this along with gum recession. I have had two different outside opinions who say I am not a good candidate for aligners and that aligners will do more harm than good. When I declined aligners she randomly states that I have TMJ. I have never been told I have TMJ on my life...yet she waited until I declined aligners to give me a new diagnosis? I found it completely unprofessional and I felt so mad afterwards that this was never brought up before. I am currently on the hunt for a new dentist because I don't fully trust Dr. Chickersal.

My experience with Aspen dental Medford was excellent. Everyone start in front desk and special all the dentist assistant was gentle and kind. I recommend them.

One of the better dentist experiences I’ve had in my life. Everyone was really on top of everything and kind. I didn’t wait long at any point and my time with the staff never felt rushed. Dr. Chow, Daniel, Ines, and Gabriella were really great and I’m looking forward to going back!

I was very nervous going into my procedure, but Dr. Chow and his assistant Daniel were so patient and understanding every step of the way. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

My appointment was at 6:00 PM, but I waited about 30 minutes in the lobby. After X-rays, I was left waiting again in the exam room. The staff member who took my X-rays repeatedly asked why I was there, which felt odd. She also spoke to a coworker in Spanish in front of me and used unprofessional language, which my fiancé and I understood. On a positive note, the hygienist was kind, respectful, and very helpful. I also appreciated that she remembered me from prior visits. Overall, I think there is a need for improved professionalism and better communication with patients.
