List of Eugenia Blank's Reviews
Dr. Blank is a very caring individual. She has never rushed us when we have appointments & I will say the same for the secretaries, always willing to help.
I have never had anything but a good experience with Dr. Blank and her staff. I had a long time neurologist for migraines since I was a kid and when I got a concussion my neurologist was not able to get me in due to staffing issues and doctors leaving the practice. My PCP referred me to Dr. Blank. She was able to get me in for a scan right away and and then the follow up. She was really attentive to all my post-concussive issues and got me the treatment I needed. Not only did she get me back to pre-concussion but with new treatment I have had very few migraines. The staff has always been very responsive, professional and friendly when I need refills or scheduling appointments.
Patient of Dr. Blanc’s and will definitely be leaving! I can never get in touch with anyone at the office and never receive a call back. Appointments before have been shorts and not personal. I am headed out of the country tomorrow, and have been calling for over TWO WEEKS to get my epilepsy medication filled. I have called about 7 times and nothing. It goes straight to voicemail. I have also called my PCP and they sent my refill to a pharmacy in the wrong state!! So now I have to BEG the pharmacy and my PCP to give me enough medication so I don’t have seizures. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!!
All Dr Blank interested in is $$$$. Could care less about patients. Waited weeks for some test results which she could have told me over the phone when she called me at my request. Nope, she scheduled a zoom meeting. $$$$
Horrible office staff, especially the woman who responsible for submitting prior authorization. The doctor is mediocre. Don’t waste your time here.
Office staff are very irresponsible. They don’t care about your well being, including the doctor. Would not recommend.
Upon entering this office, I was half-heartedly greeted by a female who appeared to have just rolled out of bed, with her brightly colored hair in a messy bun, sweatpants, and what seemed to be a very comparable pair of UGG boots to match her sweatsuit attire. After arriving on time, I was taken into the office area. I preceeded to take off my shoes when I was told my a medical assistant "it doesn't matter. I deduct 3 lbs from your weight with shoes so feel free to leave them on." This caught me off guard. Never have I been told to keep my shoes on while doing a weigh in, nor could I understand how an individual trained in the medical field was now able to guesstimate the weight of my shoes? This is when I began to feel rushed. Dr. Eugenia Blank came in shortly after. She never addressed me by my name, and immediately began asking what my symptoms were and what brought me here. As I began responding, I noticed her impatience and clear lack of concern to my current situation. She did not address me by my name, or offer any kind of insight on what to expect (after all... this is not your annual physical or dentist appointment. Many people make these appointments in hopes of having a clearer understanding of what's going on inside their mind and bodies) I began to discuss my health concerns, and the lingering feeling of being misdiagnosed over decades of doctors visits. I felt that I had been put on treatments that were not suitable for my well-being or health. I told her I was here to get a better understanding of my brain's activity, and ultimately, a more accurate diagnosis. Dr. Blank moved from her chair, and began her observation by having me follow her finger (something along the lines of a cop performing sobriety test), followed up by 4 basic reflex tequnicies (again, med school 101) After spending a total of 8 MINUTES from her initial arrival into the room, I was told to schedule an appointment with an MRI team, not located in the building. When I asked how long the wait would be, I was given a shrug, and yet another vague answer. It has now been 4 months since patently waiting for this appointment, only to be given the run-around. I still suffer from chronic headaches, fatigue, sensitivity to light and prolonged loud noises. I was also diagnosed with several other minor learning disabilities (A.D.H.D), anxiety, depression, etc. Soon enough, I was prescribed a variety of cocktail prescriptions (with little to no scientific evidence of actually needing them) ... and eventually passed along to the next "specialist". Unfortunately, these oversights are much to common. I was booked for 30-40 minutes, and when I asked the front desk, I was informed "oh that's what the doctors do to ensure they can see as many patients a day". ...WOW! In the middle of an epidemic, doctors are finding loopholes to still get paid despite the CDC orders to limit patient exposure. I am extremely disappointed with this experience, and after Googling Dr. E. Blank's education, I was not able to find her medical accreditations anywhere. I called the office before closing to voice my concerns, and the male who answered seemed extremely bothered and rudely hung up before I began to leave my message of concern. For what it's worth, please take this review into consideration. I have never met this woman, or the extreme level of unprofessionalism during a visit to a "specialist". You are just another paycheck for her.
I think she is very kind and compassionate woman. I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering with migraines. Her office staff is also very warm and welcoming. The office staff is very knowledgeable about health insurance issues. The office manager checks your insurance and informs you of your coverage.
Way too misdiagnosis never at locations stated: I am looking for right lawyer join me
I saw her while I was inpatient and decided to follow up with her outpatient. When I went to my cell phone she wasn’t attentive, she was on her cellphone texting... just didn’t seem to care.. she didn’t know my diagnosis or even try to understand my situation just pushed meds on me and that was it. I was highly disappointed and I will never return to her ever again. Waste of time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
