I was there on Monday, July 17, 2023, accompanying my sister and it was an excellent experience. From the woman at the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor, (Dr. Yee) my sister could not have been treated better! I would recommend this Urgent Care to everyone!

Made an appointment and it took an hour to get called in. They called me into the room where I waited over an hour again to even talk to a doctor. I understand having to wait but if there is an option to make an appointment, it should not take 2+ hours to even be seen by a doctor. There are other urgent cares in the area that I would go to before ever coming back here. Do not recommend if you are sick unless you want to wait around uncomfortably for hours.

Dr. Cohen and medical assistant Chantel were attentive and very thorough with the care provided. I'm happy I chose this location and would be back if I need urgent care again. Appointment was easy to schedule online. No wait time but they didn't seem very busy when I was there

Had a great experience here! Was able to make a same day appointment easily online, and being able to provide paperwork and insurance in advance saved a lot of time. I was seen in a relatively timely manner (although I completely understand why you have to wait a bit at the doctor’s office - I’d hate to know the medical staff are rushing with other patients just to stay on time), and was in and out in less than an hour, X-ray and all. Both the front desk staff and medical staff (Rachel and Yuliya) were incredibly kind and friendly, and helped me feel welcome, and well informed. Will definitely be back here for urgent care needs!
