Stephanie Bjork's Online Review Report Card

I will come back and update my review once I have the appointment. I dread calls from their front office. This is the third appointment I’ve had scheduled with them. First appointment was cancelled a day or two before. I explained that I’ve been waiting for this appointment and experiencing pain that needs attention. Front desk didn’t seem to care. Second appointment was cancelled, again, only a few days before. I explained again that I’ve been strung along and had to deal with the pains I’ve been in alone since June/July waiting for this appointment. The receptionist ignored me and asked if I could come in that day???? I’m at work so no??? And then rescheduled my appointment for me, stating that people were on vacation and that’s why I couldn’t be seen. Not sure why the office scheduled me at a time when folks would be away on vacation. I have no faith in this practice. I hope my needs will be met at some point. Update! The office called FOR THE FOURTH TIME to reschedule my appointment. I canceled immediately because it’s clear they cannot keep appointments. I found another practice that saw me the next day and were ON TIME and respected my time and needs.

Dr. Bjork is wonderful, very kind, thorough, makes patients feel comfortable, and takes her time explaining everything to the patient.

Dr. Bjork made my first obgyn appointment a great one. She answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. Throughout my whole appointment I felt as if Dr. Bjork and her nurse took their time and made sure everything went smoothly. The ladies in the front office were also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend !

Dr.Bjork is a very compassionate, kind and gentle doctor. She takes all the time needed to explain your appointment/procedure and any follow up if needed. Very caring person.

Dr.Bjork is outstanding. Very personable, direct, accommodating willing to share and explain fully what's needed. Office team is great as well. Great choice.

Absolutely awful from beginning to end. Waited 2 months for an appointment we finally get there they told us we were at the wrong office and they had canceled this appointment. I got no phone call and 3 separate confirmation texts within 2 days prior to the appointment with the time and location. They finally bring my daughter in for her first ever gynecologist appointment and was super nervous and anxious. Dr Bjork did not have one comforting word to say to her and she felt the dr shamed her. No woman/girl should ever feel bad after leaving a dr. Maybe she was overwhelmed because we were not the only ones there that they messed up the appointment for. We had an 8am appointment and didn’t leave till 9:30. The women behind the desk were openly talking about the patients being at fault for appointments being wrong. I would never recommend this office all around bad experience.

Dr. Bjork always displays such professionalism and care. I value her opinion in all related matters. She is extremely thorough and cautious.

Dr Bjork is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. She explains everything she is going to do and or check during your examination and gives you ample time to explain any issues or ask any questions. Very nice and doesn’t sit there inputting or checking on the computer like so many other doctors! I would highly recommend Dr Bjork.
