Kathia is wonderful! She's compassonate and understanding. I've been going for accupuncture for about a month and a half, she always offers a massage with healing balm or cupping at the end of the accupunture.I visited today and am able to turn my head without pain! She did some cupping at the end of the session. It was my first time and she explained everything and made me comfortable with the new experience.I cannot say enough good about the practice. If you are looking for accupunture in the Medford MA area, I'd highly recommend Waterlily Wellness and Kathia.

Kathia is absolutely wonderful and a truly gifted practitioner! I have been to many Acupuncturists, and she has been able to bring relief to my symptoms faster than most - I have suffered from mystery vertigo, and she was able to help reduce the severity of it after the first session, and continues to help me manage it while it gets sorted. But the real magic is that I for the only time in my life suddenly had my inner ear accumulate liquid that was stuck due to (brand new) allergies blocking my Eustachian tubes, clogging up my ear. I could barley hear, there was tinnitus, and it would not open or let up - nothing was working. I’m an integrative health practitioner and I tried dozens of approaches: neti pot, Manuka honey nasal saline spray, Reishi, Quercetin, too many herbs to list, to no avail. My ear stayed that way for two weeks - it was truly miserable. I went in to see Kathia, and after one session - it opened up almost completely the following day - and after another session a couple days later - it completely resolved. My hearing is still returning fully, and I will keep seeing her to continue to keep things moving. I’m addition to being profoundly effective at this work, Kathia is just an all around lovely, luminous and warm being, with a jovial heart and a curious, open (brilliant) mind. Go see her!

An excellent place to get acupuncture and herbal medicine care. Kathia is Very committed to her work. I find her to be very sociable and kind. She will work with you even if you have a complicated Workmen's Comp. case. She gave me treatments and waited to get paid. Can't say enough good things about her.

Kathia is very skilled and deeply committed to her work. She is thoughtful, caring, personable, and knowledgeable. Besides having a years of experience as a practitioner of acupuncture and Chinese medicine, she brings her background in psychology and is always expanding her skill set. I started seeing Kathia for fertility and related issues, and now see her during my pregnancy. Besides treating my cycles, she is always asking about other ailments (e.g., digestion, shoulder and hip soreness) and keeping those in mind over our many treatments. We have also worked together on herbal remedies and cupping to relieve tension, with positive results there, too. I always leave feeling refreshed and balanced, and I'm confident my health has improved thanks to Kathia's excellent work.

Acupuncture with Kathia has changed my life. That is not an aggregation. I have had severe neck and back problems for years, but had never considered acupuncture as a treatment option. A few months ago, after a stint in a neck brace and continued limited mobility in my neck, I was desperate for relief. Kathia came highly recommended, so I decided to give it a chance. Wow! After my first visit, I could move my neck in ways that I had not been able to just an hour before. It was amazing!! I continue to go back for treatments for a variety of things and am always impressed with the progress that I am making. Kathia goes above and beyond with her patients and personalizes everything for each patient. She has given me lots of helpful stretches to help with my neck and back and I am not kidding.
