Jay A. Goldstein's Online Review Report Card

I had a growth on my arm that I had had for a few months. I made an appointment with Dr. Goldstein's office and had an appointment with one of the NPs. They looked at the growth and said it was too big for their office to handle so she referred me to a hand surgeon. After a day or so, the growth started to bleed so I made another appointment with the dermatologist's office. They told me that they don't handle bleeding growths and made an appointment for me for the hand surgeon again. I also had a mole on my foot and they told me that they couldn't help with that either and referred me to a foot surgeon. Honestly, unclear on what skin conditions they handle at this office? If you can't handle surface level growths or moles, I'm not really sure what they can do. The staff and everyone there is really nice, but overall, incredibly unhelpful and I went elsewhere (Dr. Kovacs) to get the help and care that I needed.

Great staff and wonderful 100% professional very caring ( I add 100.8 concerned about every single patient) they are very outstanding like the Jay teaches them to be Secretary to all Aesthetics .

Dr. Goldstein and his staff are friendly, helpful and committed to making sure you are taken care of professionally and thoroughly. I feel confident that they care about my health.

I called to get a cream re-filled and they refused to call it in because they say I need to come in and be seen. It's not a drug ~ it's a CREAM!!! My son saw him or someone in his office several times and they were never able to help him. They are too quick and dismissive. He is always in a rush and forces you to return for unnecessary check-ups constantly.

I had been going to Dr Goldsteins office for acne treatment for over seven years and have seen no results, the last meeting I had I went in thinking that finally they would help me fix my problem but instead told me that they could no longer help. I had traveled 6 hours round trip that day because I am currently in college just for them to say they can't help me after 7 years of jack squat. Do not recommend and I personally would say I hate it there.

I Called this office trying to book an appointment for my Mother, as I started giving the girl all the information to the girl at front desk, in middle of that she started talking to other co-worker-at the front desks about other things . Then she was like " your caller I d doesn't match with the name on the insurance card" I replied that is because it's for my mom and I'm calling from my phone. Then after that she was having hard time entering all my info and the card on her system. I asked can I bring in the time of the appointment? She replied. She was acting so young. I asked may be someone else can enter it. She replied no. Only me does these STUFF HERE. I said ok after calling back. Another picked up her name is Me....la. I asked for her office manager she said she is in meeting. I asked when will it be over? She said can I take a message, I said no, I want to take to talk to her then she replied well her meeting will be over in two hours. ok I said you have my number have her give me a call back. What is name? Then she hung up the phone on my face. :( I received a call from from the first Girl who I had spoke 10 mins later she says, 'The office manager says if u have a problem with your insurance call them. " I replied oh I thought the manager was in meeting how come you asked <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Fher.at&amp;s=e8b274a0010234e416e47edd9b28d847d700d92de0e9cf5ec935e2505a913870" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">her.at</a> that point she couldn't answer and I asked her to have the manager give me a call back or if she can transfer me to her voicemail. However she is refusing. Then finally I called back and the 1st Girl picked and I asked for her office manager, she said she is here next to me, your insurance is not going through, after asking for the manager 3 times. She answers"TALK TO HER "and then she handed the phone to phone girl. After dealing this clinic I called another one and booked an appointment couple days later with the same insurance without anWhat a disappointment that is all I can say

Burned a hole in my leg taking off skin tag! It took over a year to heal!

I was looking for a doctor for my grandmother and I called and asked to speak to someone specific. The girl that answered said hold on. Then she came back on the phone and said I can take a message. I said ok....well are they not in? Are they busy? She replied with "I can just take a message." The girl sounded really young and was just overall very rude, not helpful, and made me feel like I was unintelligent. I did not appreciate this call and this is not a good way to make a good first impression. I called another office and had a wonderful experience. I called this morning which is Thursday, the 9th at 11:30 AM.
