I wasn’t brought into an exam room until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The receptionist mentioned they double-book appointments so I’d imagine each exam is either rushed or you end up waiting forever to be seen. Editing to add- I reached out to my previous derm to make sure records were sent over ahead of time. During the appointment the nurse told me they didn’t have the records in the system and that they were probably at the front desk but not scanned in yet. The doctor asked the nurse if she would go check if the records were there but she declined and instead told me several times I needed to check myself. This resulted in the doctor having absolutely no history of my previous melanoma during the exam. Im not sure if it was just laziness on the nurse’s part, but she spent more time arguing about the records than she would have spent walking to the front desk to check.

The staff here are The Best! From the Receptionists to the entire staff ,including Dr. Kornbleuth, everyone is treated with a welcome smile, they are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Dr. Kornbleuth is The Best!
