Jennifer Wu's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Wu is amazing. She really cares about her patients and is very thorough. I trust her and appreciate how she has treated me as a patient. I had a high risk pregnancy and I completely trust her.

Dr. Wu was my doctor for over seventeen years. She delivered both of my children. Overall she was good. I ended up going to see another doctor more based on her staff and getting through the system. The people who answer the phones are awful. They did not followup with meds needed before a surgery, or deliver messages. It also appeared she, Dr. Wu, did unnecessary procedures. She needed to listen to me more and not push her opinions on me.

The doctor is good but they would not allow me (husband of the patient) even come inside the office. My wife cannot drive and i have to drive her to all the appointments. They wouldn’t even let me sit in the office area. They just say wait outside, and the office does not have any parking. At this point we are stuck, avoid if you can.

I have been with Dr. Wu for a while she caught my ovarian cancer thank u for her. But her front desk staff is rude doesn't work with you in anyway. I'm in a cast and a wheelchair and raining outside I couldn't get to my appointment so I asked for a zoom the girl at the front gives me an attitude I ask for Dr.wu to call me with my results she goes yes I will then hangs up so rude.then I asked if they have a handicap ramp she goes no but there's a room down stairs. Don't get me wrong Dr, WU and Paige r great they need new front desk help or they will lose a lot of people .

I was a new patient at Dr. Wu's office in Summer 2021 (although Dr. Wu did deliver my first child unexpectedly over two years ago, which was a good experience). Important: Dr. Wu and the medical/nursing staff are both very professional and VERY kind. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the front office staff. I felt spoken down to by the office staff at the majority of my appointments. And I witnessed another patient being spoken to poorly as well. More recent reviews of this office indicate that this is an actual issue NOT a one-off experience. I transferred to another OB/GYN because I did not want to deal with that environment for the duration of my new pregnancy; it was bad enough dealing with it while managing a miscarriage.

Dr. Wu delivered my second child via C--section when I went into labor unexpectedly about 2 weeks before my due date. I am really happy she was the doctor on call that weekend - the C-section went very smoothly and my recovery and healing of the incision was very fast. She did a lot for me when I was in the hospital including checking in on me multiple times. She is a great doctor and I would highly recommend her.

As for Dr Wu herself she is a great doctor and I had a great recovery/ healing incision from my first son that was born in 2020. However I am pregnant with my second child and the office staff seem to be making multiple errors. Booking longer appointments too late in the day and telling me like it’s my fault. Hi, I don’t work there and these staff members need to be trained. And today I noticed I didn’t receive a mobile check in email for covid precautions. I called the office to confirm my appointment and they never completed the booking process when I left last week. If you are WFH with kids and it’s hard to find childcare for your appointments don’t go to this office. They clearly don’t care about their patients time.

I have been going to Dr. Wu for about 21 years. I am very happy with her, always have been. She is very thorough, kind and caring. Her staff is very efficient and pleasant as well. I have no complaints I will continue as long as she is in practice. I highly recommend her for gynecologist or obstetrician.

had my yearly appt here the other day, been coming here for 18 years, the person at the front desk was extremely rude, scolded me like i was a child, due to no one being at the front desk when i arrived and so many confusing signs , i was seated filling out my paperwork , so they thought i was a no show ,. even though i arrived on time ,Doctor Wu is always kind and professional , as well as the nurse practitioner Paige and the other nurses ,but unfortunately over the years , the staff changes especially front desk have made the office. not the most welcoming place to come for an appointment anymore so I may be looking for a new obgyn in the near future

Been a patient here for nearly 20 years, can not imagine going anywhere else. Staff and Doctors wonderful and I feel as though I am in excellent hands. Very thorough and never feel rushed through appointments/questions.
