My son has been a patient of Dr. Brewer for 19 years. He and his office have always been accommodating on last minute appointments and he’s always provided excellent care for my son. When you find a good doctor you stick with them. Dr. Brewer is excellent.

Dr Brewer told me to “take my daughter to Children's for a spinal tap”and then hung up on me. All because I said I hadn’t heard from him. He yelled and said he had 2000 patients. I was already the upset mom of a two year old with a very high fever. I cried all the way into Boston. Luckily things turned out well. I was taking my son and daughter there for years.

Brittany at the desk Is the reason I’m looking for a new pediatrician after 20 years. She has rubbed me the wrong way since she started there. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:40 , I live in Haverhill now so it takes me close to an hour to get there. When I arrived she told me I was 20 min late and they wouldn’t see my daughter, I was on time and she insisted my appt was at a different time and continued to say I was late. I asked her please to see what she could do since I live so far away now and she just shook her head no instead if even speaking. I said well I’m going to have find a dr. Closer to me , I can’t do this again and she said “sure here’s the papers to transfer the records when you find a new one “ super rude , no apologies and zero empathy. I wonder if the drs know she’s giving away patients that way. I’m absolutely disgusted with how I was treated

I only had the experience of him being my "on call" Dr. over the weekend and he was uninterested and unhelpful. The only question he asked me was how old is your child then told me to go to the ER... whats the point of an on call Dr. if they don't even try to prevent an ER visit? Needless to say I sought advice elsewhere and everything was fine. Useless.

We love Dr. Brewer, he's amazing and has a very common sense approach to things. His staff is very friendly and helpful, the office is always clean. They ALWAYS call back within 5 minutes. They rotate their weekends with other offices so there is always someone available to answer any questions, concerns or for a sick visit. We love it here and feel our daughter is well taken care of.

Never on-time! They want you to arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork and to check in but yet they never take you on time. And if they do put you in a room close to your scheduled time the doctor doesn't come in for at least 30 minutes AFTER your scheduled time so just be ware....your time is not as important as the doctors. They don't care and get to you at their convenience....BUT have the gall to send you a bill if you cancel within the 24 hr time frame. Such a joke....This was a great office until they merged with another
