Exceptional practice. Dr. Derderian is the best Primary Care Physician I’ve seen. She is very thorough. The office support and the nurses are always so kind and helpful. Very appreciative of their care.

Worst costumer service ever. They are always so rude and they over charge. On top of that they loose records of the shots they themselves have provided. And don’t seem to know what’s really going on. From minor to major issues they were never helpful not once. Gave them benefit of the doubt multiple times. But realizing it’s been a problem every time. I do NOT recommend this place.

Dr. Derderian has been my doctor for years. I followed her to Northborough when she went to a new practice and followed her back to Mendon. She is supportive and attentive to my chronic condition. She respects that I know my body and supports my ideas and requests. Her staff are wonderful and friendly. There is a reason her practice is always full... it is because she is the BEST. You are very lucky if you are able to be one of her patients.

Dr. Derderian the absolute worst doctor . Do not waste you time. She is a horrible person. She was on call for my primary doctor and sarcastically asked why I was calling while the world was asleep. I was instructed by the emergency department to call my primary because they ED was too overwhelmed. She was mean and condescending. I asked her about a dosage and she instructed me to read the directions.

Dr. Derderian is fantastic! She listens to your issues and is very responsive. She is a very caring person.

She will not see you if she doesn't think your ailment pertains to her. Your just another number to her. You will speak more to her assistant than anything. You will rarely hear from her personally. You will feel like you have no doctor that actually is supposed to care for you. She will not help in your time of need or give you a second opinion or just be there for you. Useless. This is from not just one occasion but from MANY over the past couple of years. I called crying to her office and 4 hours later I was told she wouldn't see me and to go to the ER. I just wanted something simple looked at. Just wanted my doctors opinion. Do your research and find a better doctor, one that will actually care for and give you the help you need.

I have arrived for my visit 10 minutes late, there was nobody in the waiting room; by the time I had my temperature taken and waited for the receptionist to get off the phone was just a little over 15 minutes late. I was told that my appointment had to be rescheduled because I am over 15 minutes late, at least 7 minutes was waiting for service. I was so shacked, especially since I waited at least 15 minutes for the doctor during my previous visit and without a word of complain excepted her apology. Let me repeat, there was NO patients in the waiting room! I will not go back nor would I recommend such carless medical practice office to anyone.

Dr Derderian is a great doctor! I just started seeing her within the past 6 months and already feel very comfortable with her. During our appointments she truly listens, answers all my questions/concerns, and I never feel rushed

My doc is excellent. She’s so thorough. I’m very happy with her.
