Definitely 5 stars!!!! Always have such a great experience. This is undoubtedly the best medical office that I have been to. Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor are amazing and make you feel welcome and cared for. Great service. I am so satisfied with the care. Dr. Joulok make you feel supported and informed and make you feel completely comfortable. He has never rushed my appointments and takes his time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Options are discussed in great detail. Throughout my pregnancies,delivery, and thereafter I have felt heard and supported. Any concern I had was met with patience, transparency, and reassurance. would highly recommend.

Love Dr Joulak ! Has always made me feel comfortable and calmed my nerves about any concerns I had about my baby or myself. Have gone to him for both my babies and recommend him to any expecting mother! So genuine and funny!

I had a never ending, awful miscarriage experience which was handled very poorly at this practice. I found Dr.Joulak to lack compassion, calling me "impatient" for wanting to take cytotec, even though I was carrying my lost baby for 6 weeks at that point. (He refused to do a D&C) After I took it, he told me my miscarriage was over. After months of no return of my cycle, I reached out to a new doctor and I finally got the help I needed. I was rushed in for an emergency D&C, 4 months after the loss of our baby. They were shocked I was cared for the way I was. I chose Dr.Joulak’s practice based on the great google reviews. I am suspicious, 14% of his 5 star reviews conveniently came in less than 48 hours after I left my 1 star (6 new 5 star reviews out of a total of 43 reviews). I have since deleted/reposted my review so it didn't get lost.

Absolutely love Dr.Joulak I highly recommend him. He is kind, caring and gave me peace of mind throughout my pregnancy. He delivered my first son and it went really well. He stuck by my husband and I’s side from the beginning and did everything he could to ensure that I had an amazing birthing experience. I will be coming back to see him with all my future pregnancies!

In a nutshell - Does not listen to patient's concerns, rushes through appointment, thinks everything (symptom related) is normal and doesn't do due diligence to investigate symptom.
