Dr Bonnie Bidinger and her entire staff are wonderful. Professional and personable. I was treated with kindness and respect, while feeling like someone they knew and not just another patient to see. I would recommend them to everyone every time.

Bonnie has been treating me for a few years now she changed my life for the better. I developed rheumatoid arthritis suddenly I had the feeling of severe carpal tunnel in both wrists and feeling like my ankle was broken. Had to use a cane to walk. After initial treatment it was like a switch shut it off and literally had no more pain. My quality of life is excellent now. She’s a very pleasant and caring doctor.

I always leave Dr. Bidingers' office feeling like I was heard and her recommended advice is spot on. She is a very caring dr. and I am happy I found her.

She always listen to me about what is going on with my life and my Rheumatoid Arthritis and explains everything clearly to me, and she even refer's me to other Doctor's when necessary. GREAT Doctor

My wife was rudely dismissed by this doctor for experiencing life-altering pain associated with rheumatoid diseases. Her email explained tersely that she has other patients to attend to, effectively bouncing us back to our neurologist, who is now referring us to rheumatologists at MGH in Boston. Get a second opinion early or avoid entirely.

Dr. Bidinger is by far an outstanding Doctor of Rumatoligy who sincerely cares about her patients! She not only was accurate with my RA diagnosis but even called me at home to discuss the next steps we should take. She is a very compassionate, caring Doctor who I highly recommend! There are not very many out there that take the time to work with their patients, she does, so glad I found her.

I had the pleasure of becoming a patient of Dr. Bidinger today, and I must say I am most impressed. She is extremely kind and knowledgeable, explained everything about my new meds in great detail--which is very important to me--and completely put me at ease. I know I will have no trouble trusting her judgment regarding my condition, and I would give her 10 stars if I could.

I've been seeing Dr. Bidinger for many years now for osteoarthritis throughout my body. Not only is she well informed and an excellent practitioner, but she has a very warm personality and makes you feel like you're her only patient. She is thorough and spends the time to "talk to you" as a person. I could not recommend her more highly.

I had an experience with this doctor that is unforgettable! First visit went fairly well. She requested tests and I received them in the mail. When I called to speak with her and left a message that I would like her to explain them, she called me back and scolded me. Her demeanor and attitude was inexcusable and out of line!! I was very upset and in tears! I immediately decided that I would never see her again with that impatient haughty demeanor!! She needs sensitivity training!! Perhaps she feels she’s so competent that she can mistreat some patients and they’ll accept her lack of good manners toward them. Not me, however!

Dr. Bidinger is awesome. I have been in her care for 20+ years and hve been through several medications and proceedures to slow or repair the progression of RA. I talk with her during our appointments and NEVER feel rushed. She sometimes runs late but that is because she cares enough to listen and take time with each patient so that she is better able to treat each individual. highly recommend this doctor.
