Dr. Michli has no empathy, no compassion, no bedside manner, no concern for your pain. The rest of the staff was wonderful. Do not let this man touch you. Find another doctor. Trust me!

The office is incompetent and rude. I am not sure of the doctor. Saw him only once, I felt like he is having a bad day.

Dr Michli is very accurate and thorough and will let you know if he is concerned or not. He is very down to earth and makes you feel very comfortable

Staff was not the most friendly, the physician was short with his time. Ended up leaving the appointment early and deferred remaining responsibilities to another clinician with no explanation.

Dr Eddie prescribed a medication to my father that caused a sever drug interaction because he did not check all medications my father was on. This I turn led to a fall and ultimately the death of my father. Not a fan of Dr Eddie.

After going to Umass urology for 5 months and getting no where except in debt, I decided to look else where. The receptionist was great!! Made sure my insurance would cover, did her do diligence, made me feel very good. Made an appointment that same day, with in 3 weeks I had Lithotripsy, which worked!! Umass would of been close to 7 month for their earliest Lithotripsy consultation! That is way too long when your in constant pain. I can't say enough about Milford Hospital, the staff and Dr. Michli!!

The front desk staff is very rude. I needed a later appointment. They told me Dr. Michili doesnt ofter any appointments after 3pm and I would have a hard time finding a Doctor that offers late appointments.

I was not impressed.

The staff were okay/average, but I was not overly impressed with Dr. Michli's style. Based on my experiences I would probably not recommend, but maybe some people like his way. Also seemed to have little respect for keeping appointment times.

Don’t waste your time...you have other options. Doctor’s cavalier, almost condescending demeanor very off-putting...bordering on he’s doing you a favor by seeing you. This is the classic referral office, not the one you choose to see. Staff pleasant enough, but even they admit the doctor double/triple books appointments (ostensibly to keep billing up). 40-minute waiting time not uncommon, and for what? a 3-5 minute consultation (that could be done over the phone). Won’t get into pre/post op issues here - suffice to say there is more than one urologist in this office (and in Milford).
