Dr. Gaebe is hands down the BEST orthopedic surgeon. Staff are great! Prompt reply with anything and with needing paperwork filled out. Love Dr Gaebe so nice, understanding, he explains everything in detail. You can tell that he cares and loves what he does as a profession. Pays very close attention to details. Highly recommend him. THE BEST! So nice! Thank you Dr. Gaebe.

GAEBE is the absolute worst "doctor" I have ever seen. Careless, cold, does not offer solutions besides surgery -- why? Because he's a bought and paid for criminal taking advantage of people in pain. I didn't need surgery, you clown- I CURED MYSELF!!!! Never again. Dr. Gaebe should be disbarred for blatant malpractice.

Both my children have seen Dr. Gaebe MULTIPLE times. He is VERY well educated and informative. He explains things well in medical terms and dumbs things down for us when needed. He is caring and compassionate and I could not ask for better care. He has had 2 different assistants and they are both smiles and do their jobs well. We have had to wait for calls back a smidge longet than I would have liked a select time or 2, but overall totally worth the wait when I know my children are in good hands. Appointment setting isn't on him or his staff, it is on UMass itself. They always do their best for us from the office but most of the time, it is UMass scheduling. You cannot rate a doctor when his practice is built into a larger hospital affiliation. He is a GREAT doctor and all the little things are far less important than his ability and expertise. I highly recommend him.

Very rough with 18 month old grabbing out if mother's arms. I wouldn't send my dog to this. He should do some training on dealing with kids and how to approach people.

Dr. Gean and Amy, are excellent surgeons, he operated my son with all affection and attention before during and after the surgery, my family and I highly recommend Dr. Geabe and his team!

I cannot say enough how phenomenal he and the staff are at this place! We love him!

I just had a very bad experience here. I've been in a boot for almost 5 weeks I tried to explain that I have I also have very bad back issues. When Dr Gaeb said to keep the boot on I explained that I'm having great difficulty negotiating stairs and that it is adding to my back pain. He said I could wear a lace up brace and his assistant would be in with one. She basically put it in my lap with " well you can lace a shoe right"? She left me to put it on myself. The doctor returned to the room to see me attempting to put it on myself. He handed me papers for PT and left closing the door behind him. I kept struggling with the brace unsure if I was doing it right and straining a great deal. I gave up. I left the brace and walked out. A discount shoe store would have assisted me more. I called and after speaking with 3 people I was transferred to his admin. I was in tears. I explained what happened. Her response was "ok". Perhaps in the future they should make sure a patient can put a brace on for the first time and that they can walk with it on and its on right. I was treated like cattle. Can I lace a shoe? I can lace a shoe but not while its on my foot. Thanks for no help at all.

He didn’t rush us, was thorough and explained everything he did, and was wonderful with our three year old. Highly recommend!
