He's a great surgeon. Not much for bedside manner, but I personally don't have a problem with that. Office people are great.

Very disappointed in this doctors office. Consistently waited at least an hour for an appointment so I learned my lesson and thought I would make one for 830 AM to beat the wait... and was still waiting at 945. Not sure how it is possible to be that backed up so early. Doctor never came in so I left, I can't imagine what time they would have actually took me. I also do not feel like the front desk was very welcoming. The doctor was really rushed and the first time actually rude. They also kept referring to my left knee and this is my third visit... it's my right knee. Needless to say I am going elsewhere. I also find it odd the text reminders the day of appointments and not the day before. I am sure there are better places to go.

He totally messed up a shoulder surgery. Been over a year and it is garbage. Once he knew he messed up I was never seen again. I wished I had gone to Mexico and had it done in someone’s basement than let him have done it

Has a great experience today. Everybody from office to nurses and Dr. Mulroy were totally professional and took care of my injured thumb in a timely manner. Would recommend to all!!! Jerry Linsky

Called to cancel an appt lady was soooo rude and unprofessional then sent me over to another women who was just as rude , snappy , And acted like she ruled the roost , the front desks represents, the doctors and Iknow the doctors there are nothing like the help they hired they need to be re- train the help there

Honestly very disappointed with this office. Receptionists are rude and have no idea how to return phone calls or schedule appointments (being told the WRONG time for appointments). Dr. Mulroy has zero bed side manner, makes you feel rushed and like you're inconveniencing him with your questions. He may be a great surgeon, not knocking his abilities but really terrible experience all around.

I fell and broke my ulna. It was a nasty break that required surgery. Dr. Vasquez and his staff are amazing!! I would recommend anyone to them.

Office prioritizes computer data input over patient care. Elderly parent not afforded common courtesy. Staff does not introduce themselves or identify their role. Our experience was that the doctor did not care.
