Incredible staff and service. They truly took the time to understand the details of my injury and circumstance to the fullest and gave me the best medical treatment possible. I felt extremely well cared for and cannot thank them enough for getting me back on my feet when I needed it the most!

Family member had to get Covid test done. We have them as our Urgent Care clinic on our health plan. Called ahead to.let them know . They said Don't come here and that he had to get Covid test done at ER and that because he has a seizure disorder that they might have to call an ambulance so please go to ER instead. He was feeling awful and got a test at Convenient MD instead. Had to call Insurance Company and tell them he was denied visit atReady Med. In line at Convenient M.D. the patient behind us had same issue. Needed Covid test done at Ready Med and had gone there. Same location. Denied service too. How discriminatory. Doesn't seem they want to perform a Covid test on a symptomatic patient.

I got sore throat and had strep throat test at this place two days ago. The doctor told me they will receive the result next morning and will call me to tell me the result. I waited for two and half days, without receiving any phone call. So I called the office and was told they only call me if the result is positive. During the two and half days, I always worried about if I got the strep throat and if I do not take antibiotics on time, I might get more serious health problem.Does it take a lot of effort to tell patient the result, even if it is negative? Is It a common sense for them to communicate with patients after the exam. Now I understand why the overall review is not good for this urgent care.

I am appalled that this is considered a medical facility aimed at helping people and treating patients. My mom drove herself there with a severe sprained ankle and I planned to meet her there to drive her home. I spoke with someone in the call center who told me that as long as my mom was there before 8:00 she would not be turned away. My mom arrived minutes before 8:00 and limped to the front door only to find the building already locked. The staff there completely ignored her attempts to get their attention as they sat at computers on the other side of glass windows. I pulled up minutes later and saw my mom balancing on one leg, hunched over, holding her chest, hyperventilating mid-panic attack at the front door, still completely ignored by the staff. I wish there were the right words to express my disgust with the lack of compassion and human decency I observed. I don’t even need to experience the service here to know that I will never come back or recommend this facility to anyone that I care about. I hope this review makes the staff at ReadyMed reconsider the way they treat their patients.

Don't waste your time coming here. Needed a catheter put in and called ahead to ask if this could be done here. They told me on the phone it could. I got here and waited OVER AN HOUR to be seen. There was no one else there. The woman who spoke to me could not have been any ruder. She yelled at my wife to go wait in the car and proceeded to obnoxiously type on her laptop for 10 minutes. When I said I needed a catheter she loudly sighed and said they couldn't help me. I told them I called ahead and was told they could help and that I was in significant pain and had a fever. She loudly sighed again and left to go talk to the front desk. She came back and told me it would be 30-40 more minutes before they could see me. There was no one else in the building. Don't waste your time, these people are extremely rude and ever single action they take is to show how they don't care about you and your health.

Very rude receptionist, slower than snails, and uncooperative. Don't waist your time here.

We were told we can’t help because we were part ofMilford Regional Physician Group and you have to go to Tri-County Urgent Care not sure why that is totally wasted our time don’t ever go their they should have that on their website

They need to get more helpers to work or figure out estimating time, around one hour wait turn into three now and it’s still going 😱

Absolutely useless. Barely even pretend to be a medical facility, staff and doctors are an absolute joke. Skip this nightmare and go to AFC urgent care if you actually need help!

Boyfriend was having an asthma attack. They denied him service at one location due to COVID procedures and sent us to the Milford location. They also denied him service. Worst experience we’ve ever run into! Will NEVER go to ReadyMed again.
