My father was brought in there from a medical rehabilitation facility in medway with a fever and possible infection. I called the ER and the nurse was so rude! She told me if you want to know something call your father on his phone. R u seriousl?they never contacted us telling us what was going on or followed up with it.

The worst. I am traumatized by the poor service and delay. after waiting 6 hours I'm leaving without knowing what I have and in a lot of pain. the worst thing is that many people who arrived after me were attended to

It's disgraceful to call this a hospital. my two-year-old son was feeling very ill and even fainted with a fever, I arrived at the hospital and waited for 3 hours until I was called to come in and be attended to, when I finally entered I was surprised, I waited for another 40 minutes and when I thought I would be attended to I find out that the doctor was leaving. I asked the nurse to tell him that my son needed care and he replied that his schedule was over and that he couldn't do anything, except deny care. Thank you very much for not helping at all. I'm going to look for a real hospital where my baby can be attended by real doctors.

This hospital is terrible. All this money dumped into this "state of the art" top hospital just to come in and wait 4 hours (and still waiting) while 1 person was ahead of you, in the waiting room. You ask why you've seen everyone come and go except you and they call back and are told they are moving people around to fit and it'll be soon....that was at 3 hours it's now been 4 and I'm miserably waiting. I've had to send kids from my work here and same thing. My opinion....go to a doff hospital, avoid milford regional! Also, went to use the bathroom and one stall has no door the other doesn't lock....cool

I use to always go to Milford hospital whenever I had an emergency but after the last visit I’ll never set foot in there again. I went in I was 16 weeks pregnant, not feeling good , super worried that I had covid or something. When they finally called me in , the nurse Sarah , gave me the my medication in the wrong order ! My heart was racing , I couldn’t breathe my only reaction was to scream for help and I got so mad because they were all telling me to calm down ! I could only think about my baby ! Really bad experience !!!!! If you have other options do not go to Milford hospital !

Took great care of my mum at the end of her life. Staff was professional and insightful.

Milford hospital is literally the slowest hospital in Massachusetts. My wife just spent almost 5 hours in the ER with our child and didn't even get to see the Doctor before she had to just walk out. Every time we have made the mistake of choosing this hospital we have had to wait 3+ hours before even being seen. Its pretty sad that they spend all that money to have a top of the line facility with little to no hospital staff what a disappointment.

Beware of this medical center. They falsely charge even for annual physical without any advance notice. Then they don't budge after sharing the disappointment, raising concerns multiple times and blame it on insurance company.

If you are a black man DO NOT APPLY HERE let alone get medical treatment here! I worked here for 2 and a half months with no issue and then was fired for defending myself after a nurse accused me of something that was proven false on camera and I was fired for reacting to an accusation. PLEASE BLACK PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT they will smile in your face and sabotage you

I loved the hospital but if u visit the er U are going to leave after 10 hrs
