When I was first introduced to MD evaluation sites 2 years ago, I intended to comment on several doctors, but as is so often the case, life kept getting in the way of my plans. Now, with the pandemic raging, I am taking the time to do so in order to express my deep gratitude and admiration, as every day, doctors and medical staff put themselves at risk to care for the sick. Eight years ago, I was sent for a routine ENT examination to Dr. Wilson. She felt a lump and asked if I had had it examined. I told her another doctor had said it wasn’t a problem. She asked me whether I underwent a MRI, and I tried to convince her that although I hadn’t, it wasn’t likely to be a problem. But she insisted. Dr. Wilson saved my life. It was cancer. And my oncologist later praised her judgment with the words, “Good call.” Excellent knowledge and overview and clearly not one to take the easy way out. SunHee Gertz

To not have an allergy shot leaves a person autoimmune vulnerable who is dependent upon the shots. The only ENT facility in the whole MetroWest area that has shut down. Lack of caring for every single patient at this facility since Dr. Lieberman has retired. the whole practice has gone plastic surgery no empatjy patients only concerned about their liability. Just look at the horrible Google reviews as nasty women answer the phone. Everybody else in MetroWest can get their allergy shots accept at Framingham ENT. 0 advocacy for the patient all they care about is plastic surgery and injections.

The office staff is rude, need to work on their people skills! Dr. Wilson is knowledgeable, but not the warm and fuzzy type. Very businesslike when talking about surgery. She also kept pushing a particular therapy even after I said it's a last resort for me.

Encounter an extermly rude staff member. They need to work on their office staff. Saw Doctor Wilson there, she is great.
