MIchele Chabot's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Chabot treated my father for vascular dementia and alzheimers, she was the one to give us the diagnosis. She was so compassionate and helpful, never felt rushed and let us ask as many questions as we liked. All doctors should be like her.

Amazing! Have been going to her for years and would recommend her to anyone. Awesome staff. So helpful and kind. Love them.

Have no idea if Dr Chabot is good or not...BUT, her office staff is a nightmare! Rude, arrogant,inappropriate..you name it. Run don't walk to another doctor!!! Don't go here for health care..you will only be frustrated and treated like a nuisance not a patient. Too bad some doctors let their staff run their practice.

Horrible experience with this ofice staff. They are rude and sjhort tempered. Don't know Dr Chabot at all. BUT, have had professional interactions with her staff. Without doubt the most ignorant and rude office staff I have ever encountered. Even if this doctor was another Einstein, I would stay away because of the jerks she employs. Was hung up on twice in one day by this office staff calling my medical office for information they had no right to have. When they are told a "nurse can call you back" they simply slam the phone in your ear. What a group. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!

I was a patient of Dr. Chabots for many years and finally decided to leave. The office was very convenient for me. This is merely my humble opinion but I found her to be very smart and knowledgeable, yet extremely cold and ultimately rude. People go to the doctors mainly when they are hurting and the last thing they need is to be treated unkindly. I left feeling extremely offended. The treatment was significant enough that I left a complaint at the patient care center and heard nothing in return.

Dr. Chabot values her professional relationship with her clients. When you discuss your illness with her, she values your opinion, then explains your opinion of the illment and suggests a remedy to your medical situation. She does not dictate to the client and demand the client to adopt her plan to remedy the illment. She endorses her plan and explains to the client what will happen medically if one does not follow her advice. She always keeps communication open with her clients.

Dr. Chabot is awesome ! She takes the time to listen to your questions and answers in an understandable way. She never hurries you out of her office. Dr. Chabot gave me a hand written chart to show me how she arrived at a medical decision. That obviously took her time and I greatly appreciated it. You feel like your talking to a friend while in her office and not nervous at all. She has put together a wonderful staff as well. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Chabot.

Dr. Chabot is all around wonderful. She is always right on target. Dr. Chabot has been my doctor for 15+ years and going strong. I travel across Boston to keep my doctor. She has never been on the phone or distracted once she is in the exam room. She is smart and fixes my issues.

Horrible Doctor...Just changed my PCP to get rid of her.  Been a patient of hers for 2 years and I had an emergency last night and she was very rude when I had the answering service page her.  Her staff then called me the next morning to state that I should not be calling the doctor and paging her because they have never seen me and I am not a patient of hers.  Funny, I just got married and instead of accusing me, they should have inquired further, in a friendly manner.  On to a new doctor who will provide good care and service.
