Very through. Dr took time answered questions and was most helpful with referrals to specialist for hip problem. Would definitely recommend.

My husband recently had emergency surgery to have a malignant tumor removed & did not have a PCP post-op. Dr. Song's office was called for an apptmt & a referral to see the oncologist so chemo could be started ASAP. The office refused to give a 1x time referral until he was seen & then allegedly granted 20 oncology visits only to find out that they were recanted when we arrived for our appointment. The office staff was less than helpful or compassionate during a difficult/emotional time.

Dr. Song was very friendly, informative, knowledgeable, punctual, and his staff was great. My overall experience is very satisfactory. I hope for a positive outcome on the treatment of my disease.

I have been around the block with many different doctors. Dr. Song is the best I have ever had. He listens, is knowledgeable, thorough, and very compassionate. It's easy to be seen, even same day. The office staff is superb, and the nurse is second to none.

Dr Song has been very helpful in helping our family care for my mother. My mother has dementia and Dr Song has guided our understanding of her decline. He is warm and caring to his patients. He's staff has been professional.

We were referred to Dr. Song in the hospital for an older person. At the time the family needed to speak for the patient. We feel our concerns were ignored. Instead of a sound recommendation we were asked what medications we wanted. We were warned about older people being over medicated and expressed our concern, however, we expected a good evaluation and if necessary safe prescription. In the long run we had to see someone else, mostly because the doc wasn't responsive. We expected at least a moderate amount of caring.

This doctor is a very caring, competent physician. I read the other's reviews, and just simply don't understand why they would feel this way..Great support staff as well.

Is not interested in patients true condition, uses heavy medications, drugging, very old school use of heavy meds, is either unaware or refuses to inform patient of the side effects and harm of heavy pshyic drugs he prescribes. Be sure to review all mediations, test, records, for accuarcy. Definitely get a second opinion or better skill seek other help.

Very difficult to communicate with. Basic language skills could be improved. Does not respond in a timely manner or with appropiate information. Does not follow up. Is very old school with prescribing drugs.
