Extremely thorough and willing to get to the bottom of the issue. The follow up of setting up the PT appointment was just incredible, even the PT practice shared how Orthopedics New England are just fantastic about sending over information/referrals/etc.
I went to Dr.Shah in 2016 for a knee injury. He told me it was a bone contusion, a year after it was IT Band syndrome, to find out 2 years after the injury occurring, it was a torn meniscus which he admitted to missing. He preformed surgery on it, now 3 years years later it has never felt better. I still have the same feeling in my knee as when I hurt it but now it is worsened. Safe to say I am going to a new doctor.
Dr Shah did surgery on my brother he was great as my brother does have a few medical issue Dr Shah called me as soon as surgery was over we had never meet as the surgery was emergency when Dr Shah called he made me feel so comfortable answered all my concerns very caring Doctor very good bedside manner could not ask for more thank you Dr Shah
Excellent care. Dr. Shah and his assistants are very kind and respectful. I was able to get an appointment within 5 days of my phone call.
I loved Dr. Shah - he did my knee replacement and I'm walking great!
Awesome knee replacement!
I've seen Dr. Shah twice. I have no reason to doubt his expertise. However, both times I saw him, he gave me maybe ten minutes and after the first few minutes, his body language told me he was in a rush to leave. He gave me a lot of information quickly, and I needed him to slow down and, yes, do some repetition. He seemed unwilling to do that, and I left without all my questions adequately answered. Surely, he could have given me 15 minutes and been more patient in discussing, and writing down, the pros and cons of the treatment options he gave me. I trust his expertise but was unhappy with the overall experience.
Always very attentive and patient with the patients needs. Explaining all the details and listening at all our needs and expectations. Thanks again!
The WORST physician of all time. Left me with torn meniscus after a surgery to remove the tear in December. Came back to his office multiple times ovecomplaining of constant pain. He did not care and rushed me out of his office. I tried physical therapy on my own even though he did not think it would help and finally sought another surgeon's opinion. The second surgeon found that I still had tear from the first surgery and I just had my second meniscus surgery this week. Dr. Shah is the pits.
Dr. Shah is a very Professional and Competent Person in every regard.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
