I was referred by my PCP for a skin check. The office gets you in quickly. I had to reschedule one visit and it was super easy. Brooke the PA was amazing and efficient. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience here! I saw the PA Brooke and she was very kind, very thorough, and explained everything. I was extremely happy to be able to get in quickly for a visit as I had a mole I was concerned about and I got a full body skin exam. Brooke allayed my fears. I highly recommend this office and provider!! Their access for appointments is awesome.

I hadn't seen a dermatologist for at least 2 decades because I had kept my eczema in check. Unfortunately I came in contact with some poison ivy and suddenly my eczema went into overdrive, causing me to itch all over despite just a small rash on my hand. My old dermatologist had retired, so I saw Dr. Krathen for the first available appointment. His exam was thorough, But I'm not sure what part of "I'm itching all over to the point where I can't sleep" he didn't get, because his first suggestion was 10 weeks, 3 times a week light therapy. ($1,200 in copays alone and a long time to see results that wouldn't be guaranteed.) I had been itching like crazy for several days and needed relief ASAP. We then discussed Rinvoq, which has a lot of nasty potential side effects and required blood tests that would delay my getting the prescription. (The final results of the blood tests took 6 days.) I agreed to get the blood tests in case other treatments didn't work, but in the meantime what I really needed was Prednisone. I had to argue with him to get it. I saw my GP a few days later and she was very concerned when she saw mention of Rinvoq on my chart (because of the potential side effects) and agreed with me that Dr. Krathen's concerns regarding prescribing Prednisone for me were unfounded. The Prednisone had me back to normal in 2 1/2 days so I cancelled the Rinvoq and the follow-up appointment.
