Natick Urgent Care is truly outstanding! Their staff is incredibly compassionate and professional, and the level of care they provide is top-notch. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and I've always been seen promptly. I can't recommend them enough for their dedication to patient well-being and efficient service. They seem to arguably be the only medical facility who has figured it all out and operates efficiently with compassion for everyone that comes in. I wish every facility could operate this way, as they are truly one of a kind.

I have been there four times today and it's been 4 or 6 people in front of me all day i walked out all 4 times ....I was also there 3 weeks ago and waiting one hour and 35 mins and and they looked at me for 2 minutes and said I had an ear infection turned out I went to my primary care doctor and he said I did not have an ear infection it was my jaw ...dont go there

I highly recommend the Natick urgent care facility. Receiving affordable, efficient, and quality health care is just not "a thing" in the US. But these folks seem to have figured it out. I came in with a problem with my hands. Checkin was quick. Someone saw me within 10 minutes. The X-Ray facility is first class and modern. A number of people saw me, but Anastasia (Physician Assistant) shepherded me through the process. She was the quarterback and kept me informed every step of the way. She is phenomenal, but everyone was friendly and professional. Based on the X-Ray, the physician diagnosed multiple fractures. They carefully placed a splint around the arm and wrist. They also gave me precise instructions for care and follow-up with a specialist. They also gave me a CD with the X-rays. When I saw the hand surgeon, he accessed the CD. This saved time and money. If it's an emergency, go the emergency room. But if you need urgent care in Natick / Framingham, In highly recommend this facility.

Everyone was super nice and helped me so much. I really like that the cost was the same as a regular doctor visit. very clean efficient process. got my X-rays and they were able to give me a cd to bring to my Ortho follow up. great choice for me and doors opened right at 8am on Friday. they were able to give me some relief with a couple shots too. great experience all around. I highly recommend Natick Urgent Care.

My son and I were in town from out of state for a baseball tournament. He suffered heat related dehydration and heat exhaustion. The team at Natick saw us quickly and administered anti vomiting medication and IV fluids. Within less than a hour he went from a a very serious condition to walking out the door. I can't speak highly enough or the care he was given there.

Glad I came here. I walked in and they were amazingly efficient. I put in my name and was called right away. Then, I was called back to the service area. Time from arriving and registering to being called back for care was 5 minutes. Upon arriving in the examining room my vitals were taken... then the medical staff came in. The issue I came in for, my incompetent PCP was unable to effectively deal with, necessitating the visit. But here it was taken care of almost immediately. My entire appointment took no longer than 40 minutes. If only all doctors offices were like this.
