She may be pleasant, and follows-up with blood reports, but she fails to complete physicals for males, and instead, referred me to a urologist for my proctology portion. Which means I had to go to a urologist to finish my physical! Never before!. In the meantime, with referrals to specialists , she has been inconsistent in referring me to out of network specialists, even though she has been giving me those referrals, including one out-of-network referral that she said she could not do it, but she forgot that I still had 2 more visits from her existing referral! Something is wrong here, either with her or her staff, regardless, I have switched PCPS and not looking back! I have also had it with her incompetent records and billing system, where they have mixed up my med records and coded them as one type, when they were not, and her office would not correct the glaring error! If you have any type of medical situation where another party is responsible, stay away from this office!

I also find it difficult to go to doctors and when i talk about those things, she made me feel terrible, this is not how u should feel, very disrespectful

Dr Perez Lirio is a friendly doctor and listens to any concerns or questions I have. However I did go into the office three times with breathing problems. Instead of suggesting a specialist on the first visit I had to go in three times to be finally recommended to a specialist. The assistants are good. The front desk is completely disorganized and rude! I’ve called the front desk multiple times for information and no one has been helpful.

I have tried to like Dr. P-L, since she is convenient for my elderly mom, and she has availability for appointments. Her staff is less than professional and not very careful about details, like making sure prescriptions go through, or that they are sent to the correct pharmacy, or accurate referrals to specialists. Communication within the office is not good, with lack of follow through and attention to important details. Dr. P-L regularly asks me (the daughter of her patient) about information that she should look for and find on my mother's chart. Worrisome. (We are changing doctors.)

Does not know what she is doing. If your in need of help find a real Dr.have to say frist Dr. that if i was dieing i wouldnt go back to

Makes assumptions , jumps to conclusions, tries to override specialists. Low trust.

I've only been a patient of Dr. Perez-Lirio's for a year and a half, but have had a wonderful experience in that time. I joined her practice when I was experiencing a serious medical concern. Not only did Dr. Perez-Lirio get me in the hands of the right specialist for me, she followed-through on my condition to make sure my care was well coordinated and made sure I was handling all the testing okay. She was always available to me, even calling after hours just to make sure I understood the results my specialist had given me. She's a doctor who really cares about her patients, and it shows!

Dr.perez-Lirio was not very nice nor helpful she speaks to her patients with little respect. I find it difficult enough going to the doctors and asking for help with an issue but to be spoken to with no to little respect is not what I consider to be appropriate or professional in any manner.
