Very nice person and great doctor. All staff have been kind and accommodating.
I've gone to this office and seen Dr Sadat_Aalaee and Dr Lirio-Perez and found the office and the care to be excellent. After an intiial visit being new to the area I settled on making Dr Sadat-Aalaee my primary carem physicial. He always spend sufficient time with me, not rushing, recalls my history on my next visit too. I've had physicians at other places in the past who confused me and my history with others or couldn't remember or dind't check/read what was in their files. I've not had any problems like that here. I've also gotten referrals to other BID physician specialists like Cardiology and found them to be similarly excellent. I recommend BID and these Drs. I get much better care than private practice Dr's who were overscheduled and profit motivated. You get good care here-
This doctor is horrible, tested me for drugs without my knowledge. Every test came back negative. Talks to you like he is better than you. I would suggest finding a new doctor. Bedside horrible, manners horrible.
Please do yourselves a favor and do not bother with this doctor's office. Firstly, both of the people whom I spoke to on the phone in order to schedule my appointment with him were extremely rude and dismissive (I'll elaborate on one of my encounters later). Secondly, scheduling my appointment was very challenging. I informed the office that I was having horrible back pain. They scheduled me for three weeks out (understandably, since Covid-19 has rendered this an insanely busy time for doctors), but the week before my appointment, they called me back stating that my appointment would have to be rescheduled for a few days later and switched from in-person to telemedicine. I agreed and was ready for my appointment on the scheduled day, only to call in and find out that they had mistakenly told me the wrong day when they'd scheduled me; thus, I had missed my appointment. Frustrated and disappointed but still keeping my cool and willing to give it another try, I asked if I could reschedule, only for the male receptionist to tell me - and I quote - "I'm sorry, but we don't have any appointments available in the near future. It would be a waste of your doctor's time." I wish I could tell you I was making this stuff up, but I'm not. I'm not sure who the people at this office think they are to tell a patient having a legitimate medical issue that they are a "waste of time", but the office of Lahey Health seriously needs to reexamine the quality of the services they are providing. I understand that the person I spoke to today might have been having a bad day, but regardless, that type of behavior is unprofessional and uncalled for. I will be seeking medical services elsewhere and advise all others to do the same.
Always great to me. Answers any questions and stays in contact and follows up.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
