The worst of the worst! Imagine having to search for your PCP for TWO YEARS in physical agony because Jonathan Yoder is such an idiot he managed to change the phone number of the office and NEVER UPDATE IT ON GOOGLE? Enjoy waiting hours for someone to pick up the phone once when you finally get through and pretend to know anything compared to someone who can learn more than a waste of a medical school graduate for free on YouTube. This one's for you too, Yoder: You pretended not to know the name of a common over the counter medication out of insecurity that it works better than your prescription antibiotics. This was the most disingenuous and pathetic display from a doctor I believe I have ever seen! All you proved to me that day is your profession is fast becoming useless and not to trust you. I am not kidding when I say the Internet has made you obsolete. It has become painfully obvious as you continue to pretend you don't offer anything that outright harms your patients masked as a treatment!
The most incompetent staff I’ve ever dealt with and PCPs won’t prescribe anything they’ll just make you see a specialist
The worst medical staff I have ever encountered: rude, arrogant, 'can't be bothered' attitude in spades. They couldn't be anymore insulted by a patient's existence. Expect to be billed for any and everything, insurance or none, every physical is followed by $700 in lab "fees", even when it's 100% covered, then they will fight you to the death to pay it, or send you on a continuous loop of calling a different department or 3rd party, always accompanied by a "we don't do that" or "not our department". These people make me want to kill myself rather than see the doctor.
Great staff!
Has always been very good, Dr. Manning & her staff are the best
I came here after switching insurance and hospitals as my last place did nothing for my intense pain. On my first visit with Dr. Lockman he set me up in the pain center where I received a cortisone shot that stopped my sciatica and Osteoarthritis in the lumbar region. I was finally pain free from years of suffering and being ridiculed. Dr. McMurray is the best in the field, amazing woman. The building is very easy to get to and parking is free around the back.. The inside very comfortable and clean. The office persons are also amazing in their helping out patients checking in or out. they know their business as if it were bred into them at birth. I love coming here as it is smaller and more personal. I am also getting all my needs me right away. Dr. Lockman is the first doctor concerned about my high blood pressure. After 40 years and many doctors, I am greatly appreciative of the care he gives my health. I could never go to another hospital and it's affiliates again. I highly recommend BIDHC to everyone who is being ignored or ridiculiculed at their present location.
Was here for an appendectomy surgery and I was very happy with the care I received. Every nurse and doctor I met was nice and kind. They made sure I was being taken care of and that all my needs were met. Most importantly, they did a great job with the surgery and I am recovering very well. Thank you all!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
