Worst ever! I made an appointment for my son for 6pm. I get to the place and they are closed! This is after they texted me to confirm the appointment. I understand emergencies happen but why not let people know?

Everyone was very nice. When I got into my room everything went quickly. The nurse practitioner that saw me was very informative and instructional on what I needed to do to take care of myself and I really appreciated that. Thank you

Everyone was very sweet, professional & understanding. My only disappointment was they didn't have my size walking boot so had to drive to Marlboro.

Knowledgeable, thorough and fast. No sitting for half an hour in the Exam Room, like at Dedham Medical.

Total disaster. Arrived early for 11:30 am appointment. Just two other people waiting. Sat here for 1.5 hours to be seen only to be told they ran out of PCR Covid tests. Totally incompetent.

We just had a great experience at Carewell Urgent Care in Needham. The process for getting an appointment was easy and although we had to wait a bit to be seen, my son received a thorough exam and diagnosis. Would definitely go back, especially as it is getting increasingly harder to get and appointment with our own pediatrician!

Save your time & skip this place. What I witnessed in the waiting room on how patient care is conducted here is beyond disappointing. One patient before us asked for an update to the Hispanic/Puerto Rican/Domincan girl at the front desk & MA/front desk person went towards back of clinic & slammed the door shouting "I need patience today." After the patient was called the two front desk ladies were talking about her. Also, the check-in lady was having personal phone calls while we were waiting. We canceled our Check-In & went to MGH urgent care.

Canceled my appointments two days in a row because they decided to close early, on the third day showed up to my appointment early, they took me to a room to be seen, sat there for close to an hour and nobody ever came in while I could hear the nurses just chatting outside the room. Would never recommend this place, be prepared to sit waiting for hours if you go.
