Too many issues to list. Writing this at 5:30am, out of my meds because the front office messed up yet again.

Dr. Brignall is elitist, detached from his patients, and repeatedly wrecked havoc with my diabetes care. The staff is rude and often attempts to blame patients for not calling for their own referrals and Prior Authorizations, when the patient has no authority to make such calls.

I was a patient of Dr. Brignall's in Hudson, NH. So I am not familiar with the office, and/or staff in his new office, but I had to put an answer there, so I selected the best, just by previous experience with Dr. Brignall. He is a very good doctor because he listens, takes your concerns seriously, and he doesn't hestitate to do whatever is needed to look into your concerns. He is very knowledgeable, also, if it is a situation that doesn't need any further treatment. If he is able to treat the illness, his decision making is accurate. Dr. Brignall is easy to talk to.
