Do you enjoy receiving half effort replies with a false promises of being “met soon” when asking about the wait times of your appointments? Do you believe waiting an hour is a sensible amount of time for a 2 minute procedure? If you’ve answered “yes” to any of these questions, then David Rosenthal dermatology is the place for you.

Dr. Rosenthal spent time with me at my visit , I never felt rushed and was able to ask questions regarding my skin care , I also felt the actual exam was very thorough . I would recommend Dr. Rosenthal to friends and family.

Good doctor. Takes the time to explain everything so there's no confusion. Would recommend.

Good at treating teen acne

Overall - excellent . Seems a bit arrogant at times and views himself as an elitist, but I'm more concerned with his medical skills and not his personality

Cocky, arrogant and very stingy with his time but overly generous with your time. His appointment book is filled with 10 min appts and you need to make multiple trips to get a very simple thing done.

Since changing my health insurance, I had to find a new dermatologist. I have been to see him twice, and both times he ran late. I am a practice manager for a medical practice, so first impressions are very important. His front desk staff, acts as if they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Their office equipment and the whole office is outdated. I was shocked by the condition of the exam room where he saw me. There was dirt on the lights on the ceiling, the floor was dirty, and the walls had nails sticking out with nothing on them, and holes in the walls. Since the office is so dumpy, I thought he was renting space. No, this is his only office. As other people had said, he is not a friendly person, he basically did what he had to, and then you are dismissed. He did a shave biopsy, and said I will not hear from him if there is no problem. I didn't hear anything, so I assume it was OK. So, I called the office to get a copy of the biopsy. I will be looking for another doctor.

Dr. Rosenthal kept me waiting well over an hour and neither acknowledged that nor apologized for it. He's a decent doctor but he's not at all personable. He's cold and very condescending. There are many dermatologists out there who are on par with (or better than) him medically, and have much better bedside manner. I cannot recommend him and I will not be going back.

I found that this wonderful Dr has the best knowledge of what was going on with my skin. Being a man of color it was very hard to find a dermantologist that would see or treat me. He did so in a matter of minutes and after searching for a Dr many years I've found one and I've been there for the past 2 years. I salute you Dr David Rosnthal thank you so much for your time and treatment as well.

I had a red spot on my face that wouldn't disappear after a couple of months. I went to see Dr. Rosenthal who, I noticed, is exceptionally well-trained in dermatology and dermatologic surgery and is listed as a top doctor in the nation in his area of expertise. His friendly staff fit me into his busy schedule because of my concern. Dr. Rosenthal impressed me by his knowledge and warmth: he provided a full evaluation, spent a lot of time with me discussing ways to prevent skin cancer and the need for vitamin D supplementation, was very calming and reassuring, but also most importantly, discovered that I had a skin cancer that he was able to remove surgically and left me with an almost invisible scar! I will happily follow up with him on a regular basis to make sure no more skin cancers develop.
