I been going there for years I never had a problem until recently I was seen by a male nurse and basically. he diagnosed that I had something that he didn't know what he was talking about and I felt like he just wanted me out of there. His diagnosed was wrong. They have some good doctors there and some good nurse practitioners

A dentist will spend four years in college to receive a bachelor's degree, four years at dental school to receive a DDS or DMD (same thing) degree and another two to six years in residency if they choose to pursue a dental specialty. A dentist should be given the same respect and esteem as any other doctor at any hospital.At GNBCHC - Dental I've always received the professional care and expert dental work one would expect from my dentist (Dr. Montgomery), the dental hygenists' and the front desk personnel.Thank you, GNBCHC!

My wife was there yesterday, she has a 12:30 pm appointment for an X-ray, she ended up 2 hours and 40 minutes waiting, very disappointed and customer service was terrible. She has a baby waiting outside and she wants to know how much longer, the woman inside the X-ray room came out and said to her, you the one who bothered the front desk, very rude, I do not recommend this place,

I,unfortunately, have been stuck dealing with this place because it's where I need to go if I get sick or what have you and not once have I had a positive experience. Whether it was the time I was shaking in pain,from strep,so bad that the physicans assistant,who refused to change the antibiotic it turned out I was allergic to and was making me vomit,or the time the overweight doctor started lecturing me about putting salt on my food,due to my blood pressure,or the time I went for an inner ear infection,as a child,and the doctor was more concerned about a blackhead at the time and that night I had to be rushed to another doctor as it turned out my eardrum was about to rupture. (There's also the time I had a viral infection and they agreed to have me see the doctor and made me wait 45 minutes,This is after I had been there for the second time in a week.,so we could get me setup with MassHealth on Christmas Eve or the time the doctor diagnosed an allergic reaction as scabies.) Not one single positive experience in this dang place and your receptionists are so rude. I called a few weeks ago to simply ask about a bone bruise I had on my foot and if I should procede with the suggestions of propping it up but after I mentioned it happened at work the woman harshly yelled,"YOU NEED TO GO TO ST. LUKE'S!" (Called them and was told that I'd have a three week wait and if I didn't have Covid going in I'd probably get it going out. All that woman had to do was put me on the phone with a nurse who had a better personality then she did.) This is what passes for healthcare if you're low income. People who don't care,people who view you as being less human because you can't afford to pay them more,and who won't listen or at least pretend they care if you're upset,scared or in pain. Nope. Just yell,lecture,complain and be rude because people don't deserve respect,kindness and concern.

This place is horrible got the cheesy z pack which is a 6 day antibiotic that’s supposed to work for 10 days after the last pill everything started coming back and they say my chest x ray was fine I definitely have something wrong u dont just feel sick for a month for no reason ill go somewhere else .

Good care. Outstanding providers. Call center extremely helpful. Dental care excellent.

Couldn’t find parking called and they didn’t relay message and wouldn’t see me few minutes late

Lousy health care ....maybe if I was an immigrant I'd get better care screw this place

I'm so GREATFUL for all of them my moms nurse Meagan Silva n Justine Meagan helped me with my mother she checked on her gave me ideas to keep her comfortable. I want to thank all of you secretaries nurse assitance . Dr Kall n Dr Naz their nurses n assistance they helped me all of them lab for being patient n not judging me I'm thankful for all

Went to urgent care and had shortness of breath with flutters in my chest and cold fingers and toes. Got my labels stapled to another patients and confused for another patient with other symptoms. Got told that I appear to be fine and sent on my way. I have an autoimmune disorder
