Not impressed. The provider did not properly address my immediate and serious health concerns. Instead he pushed the money making things, such as pap smears and mammograms, completely disregarding the more serious and immediate health issues that I have. He did not listen to me at all, and was untruthful regarding his claim that he had reached out several times to my spine surgeon, as he never did. He talked over me, and quite frankly, you couldn't pay me to go back. It was a waste of time, as waste of energy, and, as someone who is going to have serious back surgery soon, the discomfort that I had to endure simply to be treated this was absolutely unacceptable. There are far too many of these types of "providers" out there and they help no one. I'm very discouraged and, honestly, disgusted that this is acceptable in the medical field.

As a past patient of this office before it was taken over by BI, I am Sad to say that this is by far the least caring office I have ever been through. Recently I went for a post Covid physical only to be told, when I started to express my medical Concerns, that this was not something that we would speak about at that appt. And that if I wanted to speak on any other issue, a separate appointment needed to be made For each concern. So we fast forward a few days to one of my concerns becoming a full blown issue, and when I asked to be seen, I was brushed off by the practice and told to go to emergency. The only person in that office that I have noticed cares even slightly about their patients is Andrea. She works reception and is truly a blessing. I feel like I’ve been hit and run by the medical profession. This offices lack of compassion and total disregard for its patients time and wellbeing is deplorable.
