She was not really reassuring to us when we brought our child in for a medical issue after the pediatrician’s office was closed. She was really nice but we didn’t feel she did anything helpful. We had to go back to the pediatrician the next morning once open. What a waste of time

She was nice and offered us many options, but in the end her diagnosis was incorrect and we had to deal with a physician assistant. She never made an appearance again. I question the diversity of this doctor’s current medical knowledge.

Not great. I find she rushed me and wasn’t able to offer a diagnosis until I saw another doctor at another ER. I used to really like newton Wellesley but will take my healthcare elsewhere

I found Dr. Tien to be knowledgeable, kind, and prompt. Just an example, but when I asked for water she went and got it for me herself--very down-to-earth and nice.

Dr. Tien was disorganized and rushed us. I think pediatricians should be more patient. She didn’t answer my questions and never came back prior to discharge
