List of Naseer Saira Md's Reviews
Very poorly run doctors office the staff never picks up their phone I got a call from dr. Nasser's office wanting me to call back but when I do they don't pick up the phone also if it was a emergency they don't leave a detailed message so that I know why they are trying to get a hold of me it is very frustrating.
If I could give them 0 stars I would . They don't even deserve 1 . Never answer phone and many times they never return messages. This doctor abandoned my 89 year old mother with serious health problems without a reason or notification. Healthcare at its worst.
I love Dr Naseer when I get to see her and she is awesome in crisis and she has been very good to my immediate and extended family. However it is impossible to get an appointment to see her. I have sat in a room waiting anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour to see a NP or PA and still I have been happy with the medical attention for the most part. Today I ran into unexpected traffic getting to an appointment ...
Not even rateable! Horrible experience with Naseer, staff, nursing. All of it! You'll notice that she barely EVER touches her clients. How does she examine? She doesnt Dont put your life in her hands.
I cannot believe that I am forced to leave a one star rating for this clinic. How about a negative 5 rating? I have so many stories to share about the failure of this clinic to serve their patients. Just call their phone number. You get a recording saying it’s best to visit the office to make any inquiry. What if I’m at home and 90 years old?
Worst run doctor's office I have ever encountered.
Dr. Naseer is one of the kindest and concerned doctors I have ever seen. She takes an extraordinary interest in her patients, and her follow up is incredible. She is VERY busy, but has always taken the time to make my health options very clear with me.
Dr Naseer is very thorough however the office of North Shore Internal Medicine is poorly managed. Rarely have I found that they take their phones off the answering service when office hours open, and often found them put back on before office hours end. They take lunch for an hour and a half with no one available to take calls for working patients who try and call for appointments during their lunch break. You guessed it, they forward calls to the answering service. I’ve worked for physicians before and the office manager staggered lunches so that there was always someone available to speak with patients. As you can imagine, once they are back from lunch the phones may still be forwarded to the answering service and everyone is now trying to call in. The office hours offer no evening appointments for patients, something important to many working families. Calling in for a prescription is also problematic, sometimes you have to call more than once to get it refilled. During Covid they have even shortened their hours. You will have to listen to the message when you call but they are even less available . I am sad to write this review, Dr Naseer is very nice but I think she needs an overall of her office management. Perhaps the office has more patients than they can safely and adequately provide care for.
Dr. Naseer has always been absolutely wonderful to my mother. My mother has a lot of complex illnesses and has been a patient of Dr. Naseer's about 17 years now. Dr. Naseer leaves no stone unturned when it comes to testing. She is also the only doctor that I know of that makes daily rounds at the hospital when her patients are admitted. I have found her to be extremely thorough, caring, knowledgeable, and in general just a really kind soul. She doesn't exclude family members when discussing any medical matters either and I truly appreciate her for going the extra mile for not only my mother, but also for my husband and I when things with my mother became complicated.
I have always been treated very good by everyone in the office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
